City Collection Nagpur is one of the best places in the city of Nagpur to buy electronic (tablets and smartphones )goods and accessories. They have a wide selection of products and services. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I got my screen guards fixed for my iPhones (iphone 16 pro, 14 pro and se). Got very good quality screen guards and also good camera guards. Prices are competitive and they had more options than the official Apple retailer next door. I will recommend them any day and will visit next time when I am in Nagpur.

Most rudest employees, they think they are the biggest tech geeks in the world, they were trying to sell a fake gadget in the name of orignal, and when they get caught selling fake stuff they won't even acknowledge it, if you are shopping anything from here make sure that the particular item that you are buying is orignal. If it allowed i would have given this place a rating in negative.

Hi, exchange value commitment from shop is tooo unreliable..they drop there prices every hour and even prices varies from civil lines and shop in sitabuldi.. previously used to the best shop city ..now it seems low in footfall due such unreliable prices and poor attitude of exchange valuer...

Reply -Dear owner, it seems you are just REPLYING to REPLY...and ur reply is far AWAY from ground REALITY..I hv already purchased oppo27 pro plus dated 7.9.24 from ur shop. And With poor experience from your team I have bought another superior model from vedoms dated 14.9.24 as they have GOOD ATTITUDE employee and good RATES too...BOTH THE BILLS ARE ATTACHED for ur reference.
And ur HIGH attitude TEAM didn't guided me on any subject.And resale value of my old mobile was DROPPED suddenly from 16 k to 13k and ur exchange valuer was denying the initial rates offered as 16 k..so pls check YOUR unreliable employee FIRST..so that your FOOTFALL can increase as we also don't need unreliable SUPPLIERS like you who can't stand to COMMITMENTS given and don't know the meaning of "CUSTOMER SATISFACTION".
Very SAD to reply like this way as I still remember the first mobile I have bought from your shop almost 25 YEARS back..
