Take a short drive to one of the best places to receive excellence in customer service. And I found what I needed in the deals bins so you can find a whole bunch of cool gadgets for really low price and they're not just temporary their tools that will last you a long while. Unless your dog chews It off, I guarantee you will enjoy the quality of their products.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Called in the morning to reserve my product. They put my name on the box with my phone number. Went after work to pick up, to find they had sold it to another person. I said how I reserved it? It is the only one to be found anywhere! I could see it on the counter and the sales lady almost gave it to me thinking I was this other person. I am an honest person and told her that is not me, but in reality I could have totally walked out with it having been paid by the other person. I was in tears I was so heartbroken and dumb founded as to how this happened when I called and reserved it. All I got was oops, sorry.

I love ACE hardware's too because of the unique things you find. I had a basket full of stuff to buy as well, as I shopped before going to the counter. Welp they have lost this customer for life. You don't go and sell a product to someone else when it is reserved. Shame on them!!

Dude making the keys is a POS, we came in to have copies made of two different keys. One set perfect, other set CLEARLY not matching therefore not working.

We came back again asking the keys to be re-made. He had a massive attitude making the comment that there is NO WAY the keys are wrong. Ending up making new ones and made additional commentary about hoping we "like the three free keys". Total jerk.

Our two companies spends a good chunk of money in here almost daily. Glad you lost it over $5.00 worth of keys.

I find this place to be one of the best for ordering and bulk items the staff here is polite and respectful when entering and leaving this great store! It's Best if you call down there and see if they have what you need they may have it and you don't waste precious gas ,this place all your needs met Go now order ahead and curbside pick-up or go enjoy the atmosphere!? like I said before this place gets a little busy be Patient and you will be treated accordingly! Ace hardware is my go to hardware store. It's smaller than Lowe's and Home Depot. However, the professionalism and customer service is far superior. Always attentive and quick to help you take on any DIY job.

I purchased a new Stihl chainsaw new online and selected the Commerce City Ace location for pickup. When I arrived I was told they're always pre-built (which seemed weird but, whatever).

When I got the saw home, I noticed the bottom of the saw is scuffed up and there appears to be some oil sitting in the chain reservoir. To my eyes, this saw is used and not new like I paid for.

I called in to the store and spoke with Gilbert who told me that they don't put anything in the saws, that they're only give to customers pre-built and since I noticed oil inside, I can not return it! I don't know who put oil in it but it surely wasn't me! I've had the saw for less than 12 hours at this point, why would I put oil in and try to return?

So, BUYER BEWARE! They will happily take your money for a brand new item, give you a used item, and tell you you're SOL when you notice it and try to return it. Absolute worst experience I've ever had buying a tool.
