Almost everyone is polite, however if you're old and feeble dont expect any sort of help for anything concerning you specifically. When it comes to the items in the store they dont exactly know how to help you out as they are as far as I know not tech savvy so only you can help yourself. My biggest problem is some computers and possibly other items like printers etc. Are sold for a price not even remotely affordable not to mention they sell items that maybe 3+ years old for the same price as something fresh out of 2024. There is absolutely no justification for this. For other services like computer service and repair it's good enough, price can get really steep quickly though so much it's better to buy the part online and do it yourself(I recommend this). And they dont service apple products so dont even think about it.

This is definitely the best place to get decent office items on the northern part of the island.

It cam be frustrating trying to get basic stationary and electronic items in the northern part of st lucia outside castries.

I suggest you go there first. The prices are very reasonable. And they have a wide array of options

They also stock office supplies, stationery and furniture. The prices are quite reasonable on the majority of their items, making buying locally a viable option when considering the turn around time of ordering online.
