Wide collection and excellent support from showroom staff. We want to buy at least eight commonly used products like washing machine, TV, fridge, AC, chimney, hob, purifier, fans etc. and found wide choice in all these categories over here. Each sales executive seems supercharged to guide customers in all possible ways from features n technicality of product to finance options. Be is Brijesh in refrigerator section or a female executive (regret, I forgot her name) at cook top n chimney section to mention a few. My requirement is coming up in a span of 1-2 months but now I am rest assured of quick closure as we have shortlisted all required gadgets in one single visit and in our next visit we will be able to quickly complete booking.

We have visited a lot many times to croma infiniti mall. Wide range of electronics. We went their for AC and Chimney. Well trained employees. Ayaz from AC segment was proactive in explaining the product. Lalita for chimney helped us to get the best product. She explained the detailed comparison with other brands. It really helped us to make the decision faster.

Croma infinity malad is always good experience for me. I have bought all my electronic gadgets from here. Recently my Croma ac gave up and they didn't have spare so they gave me refund of 60%. Thanks to Pooja Maam in CS. Then I got new one agin. Mr Sachin and Talib helped me to find the replacement.

Again good experience while buying my 2nd laptop. The sales executive Sandeep was nice and able to explain things correctly.

Shopping at Chroma is consistently wonderful. My first visit to the Malad Infinity outlet was impressive – the staff, especially Shaista and Alfiya, were attentive and efficiently addressed all my queries. Managed to make a swift purchase in just 10 minutes. However, here’s a quick update: Still awaiting a response from Croma about the delivered product, which unfortunately arrived in a with scratches and seems like a used piece. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, the helpline provided the Malad outlet manager's number, but the call was abruptly disconnected. Regrettably, there has been no response so far, adding to the overall disappointment.
