We purchased a television and have been waiting for installation since morning. There’s no clear communication and now the installation is pushed to tomorrow now. We’ve been waiting for this all weekend and feel really let down. The service was great until we made the payment and now we just hope it gets installed atleast tomorrow.

Worst ever service. There’s a staff named Vanshika who is absolutely rude and doesn’t have any experience at work. She simply keeps delaying to register the complaint which has caused major loss to us. Even after explaining it to her, she doesn’t know how to work and get the service done. She is an absolute idiot and management has to take a look at this issue

I recently ordered a TV, Water purifier from Chroma Rajajinagar. One of the worst Installation and after sales support we have ever experienced. TV installation guy made us wait for almost a day stating he was on way to installation and turned up 2 days later. He didn’t carry enough screws for installation. We had to provide the same. It didn’t end there. A guy dropped by for water purifier installation and by the time we could turn off the valve he drilled on his own and ended up damaging the water line. Now we have to break the walls and redo water line. When reached out to Chroma to complain they mentioned installation is by Eureka Forbes and they can’t help in this situation. If you can’t provide support you shouldn’t sell anything. PLEASE BUY FROM OTHER VENDORS AND NOT CHROMA RAJAJINAGAR.

I have visited last week to purchase refrigerator.

As per my experience it's a nice place to buy electronic and  home appliances items.

They have a wide range of TV, AC, Mobile Phone, Refrigerator, Washing machine, Microwave, Mixer grinder, Water purifier,Sound System etc.

Behaviour of Stuff member is so nice.

Customer service is good.

They delivered the product on next the day of booking.

Feel leftover from croma as the phone i brought was 1.10L and ended up selling it for 30k as the display of the samsung flip phone went bad twice. I strongly raise concern over samsung brand and thier pathetic service centres. Also i recommend croma to support customer concerns more then brand as without customer like us buying products the brand doesn't get thier value in the market.

Very bad sales people are there in the store....today I visited the Rajajinagar store asking for a mixie....my experience is really very bad....very disappointed....when I wanted to complaint the manager was not at the store at that time...they dnt tell anything about the product and when I asked to show the attachments they simply sid it is in the box and box is in godown.... without showing the product properly they expect us to purchase it. Actually I felt as if they are least bothered to sell the product. Pls dnt visit this store
