Paul is a wonderful customer service employee, but every time I have to deal with a woman named Juana she acts as if she doesn’t want to be there. I thought when you start in line wait at counter they ask can I help you not do you have question. Of course I do. Not only that to whomever inputs my medicine, they seem to screw it up , time frame wise they mess up then I have to make the corrections. I get at least 4 prescriptions from them, they are either screw up by adding months to it that iam not getting, it’s a pain to have to deal with kind of stuff when you’re already in pain. Ok that’s my rant.

I was there 1:28 and they didn't give my prescription because their lunch started at 1:30 you aren't supposed to treat patients like that at a pharmacy.

Closes at 10pm. Manager needs to be sacked at this store. Literally every time I go in, the line is 20 people deep at the pharmacy. Its uncanny or terrible staffing.
Update: 6 months later. Still in line… 8th..

Apparently they close the pharmacy for lunch now at 1:30 until 2. I’m pregnant and desperate for the medication I needed got here at 1:32 and they wouldn’t help me. Just said we close at 1:30 I can’t help you and slammed the gate. I had to sit and wait for thirty minutes. And the guy was a jerk. Zero customer service or kindness. Not even an apology. Don’t text a customer at 1:11 saying medication is ready that I’ve been waiting days for then close for lunch.

DO NOT go to this store for any vaccinations. Appointments, at the best, are merely suggestions. The wife and I had back to back appointments for the covid booster today. When we arrived every chair in the waiting area was occupied and they were at least 45 minutes behind. I notice on their scheduling times they do 15 minute intervals while other CVS pharmacies do 30 minutes. Aparently they are biting off more than they can chew and the patrons that make the appointments are the ones that suffer. My guess is that they are compensated for each and every vaccine they give and their greed becomes our problem. We left without our vaccines and will make an appointment elsewhere

Ok the pharmacy at this location appears to be awful... but this review is for the rest of the store. They recently installed a reverse vending machine that allows people to recycle their bottles and cans and get the CRV bottle deposit back in cash. Just make sure they aren't crushed because apparently the machine reads the barcode on the bottle/ can to determine if its eligible for redemption. This is very convenient because there are hardly any recycling centers left in Fresno, especially on this side of town, making it very hard to get the CRV fee back. Although its kind of awkward to enter the store with a trash bag of bottles and cans, I'm glad to have a place I can get the bottle deposit back.

The rest of the store is very nice too, good stock and selection, and friendly employees always willing to help out up front. But yes, like other reviews say the pharmacy line is ALWAYS halfway across the store. There is also a Minute Clinic inside, which I haven't used.

I would like to give thanks to Jamison for always giving Abel Gonzales the help every time he walks into cvs saying he needs help looking for an Item and Jamison is there to always assets Abel. I did give a survey and the person that replied was Shoua Moua I stated to her in the email to let Jamison know that he should get recognized for his hard work and dedication to us consumer but she never replied back. I just wanted to put it out there thank you Jamison we Abel and I greatly appreciate your hard work to make sure us customers are happy and we are.

When it was Longs, I was there every other day. No!, they didn’t offer stupid foot long, none sense coupons. But they were honest. Now that you cane and became CVS suddenly it was all off brand items for a while. I complained months later you brought brand names.
Now you send coupons I try to use it o cue in a while for some reason, as careful as I am , I get no use of coupon. I don’t want embarrass myself and hold the line I leave upset. This happens every time I try your stupid coupons. Which is very seldom. Guess what? Now on I will not set foot in your store. I don’t need to get upset. I’ll pay the full price without being tricked.
