Scammed! Bought a “new” 12x10 canopy and it was clearly used and broken when I opened it for the first time. Could not collapse it back down due to the broken leg it came with. Almost sliced my finger open when I tried opening the canopy from the broken leg.

Store and customer service refused to give me a refund without the physical item returned. They asked me to break the thing apart to return it as if I could have done that when camping.

Very poor experience. The store refused to take back the return for a kid's bike helmet inspite tags and labels all intact. That to within 2 days. On top store staff outright lie, that we had told you while purchasing. I would never go back here again. I will take my chances with Amazon.

Absolutely cannot recommend shopping here based on what I experienced to be one of the most awfully sub-par support interactions, appearing aimed at getting rid of the customer and dodging responsibility.

I bought a bike for my daughter, including Dick's protection. On the 3rd ride the rear derailleur fall off while cycling for approximately 15 minutes. We had just bought the bike days before to cycle the weekend and had never fallen - at worst just bumped the front wheel.

Brought it back to Dick's and I asked the cashier if I could speak to the manager and listened as the cashier had to list all the things he had tried to tell me, and yes I still wanted to speak to the manager before the manager would finally come down.

When the manager of the store decided he'd came down he said without bothering to walk up and inspect the bike it was fall damage and anyway they'd only exchange bikes for color within 24h and would not accept the return of what I saw as a defective product.

I wanted to know where I had agreed to no returns. I was told because Dick's bike team had checked it out I had agreed the bike was in perfect condition. That was not my question, and I said I couldn't agree a latent defect was not there. He just repeated I had agreed it was in perfect condition and again I said I cannot confirm their checkout was perfect.

After not actually answering my question and just repeating his mantra that because there was a Dick's checkout the bike was perfect he told me he was going to deny me service.

The manager then repeated several times he would deny service cutting of several attempts from me to communicate. When I was finally free to do so I asked why, and he said because I was not letting him complete his statements and would not listen to him. Absolutely amazing. How is a customer supposed to deal with something like this?

He then claimed the safety checklist had a clause where I agreed to no returns and I had signed it and I had to file a claim for which I should probably have to leave.

I left but realized I *still* had not seen the part where I agreed to no returns so turned around and asked for the manager again to ask for this.

He said he could not give me, or show me a copy as it was in electronic format. I said I'd accept that but he said he could not give or show me anything but he would ask for a copy for me. But he would not let me know when he got it. I would have to call or visit. I asked if he could please give his full name and a number so I could follow up.

He refused to give my his name or number, when or even if he'd get the copy. He said he'd refuse to put down anything in writing. Even the store's number. He said I had his first name and he refuses to even write down the store number I could google it- it was public information. Then he said he had something to do, turned around and walked away.

I called insurance - they refer me to the manufacturer. Dick's phone support is trying to help me resolve the issue and I am following with another branch of Dick's who's stepped in and is actually helping.

The people who work here at Dicks sporting good in Bellevue are all nice I had a particular guy who helped me and was very patience with me and even told me about the iPad system they had there… I ended up buying 2pairs of shoes for my son (my son loved both shoes too and fits him well) I had to ask the workers name before I left… his name is Darius… Thank you for your patience and kindness young man. Greatly appreciate it.

Great variety of sporting goods with reasonable sales. I could fine good camping stuff. Parking area was okay, however,
as many reviewers mentioned, don’t expect a top notch customer service.

I had to return a pair of shoes that I ordered online that were too big for me. The sale associate Matthew was very friendly. After I returned the shoes I decided to look around for another pair of shoes and actually try them on in the store while I was there. Another guy in the back (he looks like a young Ed Sheeran!) helped me try on some shoes. He was helpful but not overbearing which I really appreciated. When I try on shoes I like to be left alone while I walk around trying them on and it helped that he gave me some space to decide on the shoes. There was no pressure (places like Nordstrom have stores associates who can be overbearing and aggressive about selling shoes on the spot) Overall I had a great experience here and would definitely come back to buy more running shoes in the future 🙂

I was looking to buy a pair of cleats for my son and struggled to find the right fit online. I decided to visit Dick's Sporting Goods in Bellevue to try on a few options. Unfortunately, most sizes were out of stock, and we were initially advised to order online after just seeing a sample shoe on the wall. Just when I was about to give up, a young associate named Dharren came to our rescue. He was busy but went out of his way to help, referring to my teenage son as “bro” a few times 🙂 . Dharren was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks to him, we quickly found the cleats and all the equipment my son needed. If he didn’t help, we would have left the store empty handed. Great job Dharren —your service was fantastic!

I strongly advise against purchasing sports shoes from this store. Their return policy is the worst. Both Manager Lizette and Rush were unprofessional. Instead of asking for my name and how she could help, Lizette asked, "Is it her?" The managers need to work on their customer service skills!
