We got the best service..we picked out the flooring a couple days ago with Daniela. She was very attentive and explained what the differences were in the types of flooring we were looking at and helped us pick the best one to fit our needs. When we came back to get it Josh was so helpful in helping us find it and load it up. He made sure we had everything we needed. We were greeted by Sharon upon arrival today with a friendly smile and went back to her to check out. A1 customer service. Would highly recommend either of these associates. Thank you all for making this a great experience. We will definitely be back as we keep remodeling our home.

Dana was so helpful today with assistance of matching our tiles and product knowledge. The tile we chose was not easy to match with each other. All why helping other customers. I went into Floor and Decor to pick up some tile for the backsplash of our newly installed outdoor kitchen. What I thought I wanted, actually did not fit with the design. Fortunately, the staff here was so helpful in helping me get to where I needed to go. Anthony, Jace , and the design team, helped me pick and load all the materials needed to complete my project. This was one of the best experience I have had in quite sometime! Thank you!

We have visited this location often within the last few months. But today’s visit was exceptional! Charlie treated us like guests in her home. She gave us insight that saved us hundreds of dollars!!!

My parents and I visited F&D several
Times looking for the right flooring to replace our carpet. Every time we visited the store, we were helped by Bob. He was extremely patient with us and gave us good tips, feedback, and suggestions. We finally bit the bullet and purchased the flooring for our home. We spent about 1.5 hours at the store and Bob patiently helped us. He truly made the experience seem less. Would be happy to visit the store again and get helped by him. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable.
