The customer service at this store is awful. The store itself was very clean, spacious and had lots of nice merchandise. The first ever store that I’ve been to which was really big, wish the employees also showed passion for their work and created a welcoming atmosphere for the clients.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. On Tuesday, March 26, 2024, the customer service was disturbing! A long line of customers and employees at the register looking at you as if you're gonna check out yourself.

Clothes were scattered everywhere as if it was a bedroom of a teenager. The selection of clothes were lacking and the quality was worse.

They had a buy 1 get 1 50% off, which my items came from a rack as advertised, and the cashier told me it did not qualify ?.

The male appeared as if he didn't want to be at work and had what seemed like an attitude. The energy was unsettling and I could not wait to exit.

The white lady who works at the register didn’t take my return of a necklace I never wore as I watched her take the tape off… it had tape and it was never used. This lady shouldn’t have a job here, do better and check her for having an attitude. The second she saw me is when she had the attitude. Her coworker told us that we can do returns for necklaces and then lied to her and said he never said that when he returned my friends necklace right beside us. Intolerable service.

The quest was long and my journey was filled with danger at every corner.  Alas I've made it out alive to tell the tales so that others can know the toils and tribulations they will experience in this vast wasteland.  The structural integrity is of great concern when traveling these lands.  The ceiling may collapse at any moment, and the terrain of the floor is quite bumpy and dangerous. Enter at your own risk, there is some kind of natural faraday cage surrounding this land. Your attempts at communicating with the outside world will all be in vain.  Perhaps if I position myself under one of the gaping holes in the decrepit ceiling or rotting floor tiles, I will get a signal to call for help.  Surely there are people trapped under the sea of clothing and products strewn throughout the store.  Drat!  I tried to no avail to gain a cellular signal or guest wifi connection.

I managed to survive the trek somehow. The best way I can describe the condition of this place is the remains of a riot, during a full scale ground war, while stricken by earthquakes, with tornadoes ripping through the landscape....all at the same time.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I had a disappointing experience at the Forever 21 in this mall, primarily due to the manager's rude and unprofessional behavior. The manager showed a clear lack of respect not only toward customers but also toward their employees, creating an uncomfortable and tense atmosphere throughout the store. It's disheartening to see someone in a leadership position behave this way, Given the circumstance of the issue, I believe the district manager should be involved to address this ongoing problem. I won't be returning to this location, and I strongly suggest others reconsider shopping here as well.

Horrible customer service even from manager and store manager. It was my first time going there and last to return my SHEIN orders. Looks like they didn’t even process it correctly and they don’t even help at all they just say there is nothing they can do for you when it was them who processed return incorrectly. It’s peoples money. I didn’t even receive no verification or tracking # from them.

I appreciate that the store offers hassle-free returns for SHEIN items. The store is always clean, the customer service is top-notch, and they consistently have great sales.
