I have been visiting Gorsuch Park City for the last couple of years, and I couldn't be happier with each experience. Every time I walk through the doors, I’m greeted by George, Bo, Krissy, and the rest of the team, who are always friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. I never feel pressured to purchase as they are more concerned with me purchasing a product that I am happy with. The people, layout of the store, and quality of the products make it the best place on Main Street to rent demos, service or purchase new skis, and get the latest high-quality gear. While the store is on the upper part of Main Street, the walk is well worth it.

I had gone to 3 different bootfitters before coming to Gorsuch and still fought persistent issues. After going to Gorsuch, everything fits perfectly and I will not go to another boot fitter!

The staff is extremely knowledgeable, I had the pleasure of working with George for multiple bootfittings and zipfit fittings and his expertise around all aspects of ski equipment is very apparent. He is a pleasure to work with (as is all of the staff) and I would recommend everyone I know to go here for their bootfittings.

The 3D scan technology used for boot fitting here made for way less back and forth between bootfitter and slopes, it was nearly perfect after day 1 and hardly required any adjustments because the problem areas were made visible by the 3D scan and addressed immediately.

As a local in Park City and a fellow business owner, I have visited all the stores in the area for my personal needs and also for my clients. George and Bo on the men's equipment side never disappoint. They always manage to balance helping other guests while directing me to the gear that best suits me. They provide me with plenty of information to help me make the most informed decision. This place is perfect for one-on-one interaction to build your knowledge about the gear in a comfortable environment. I recommend making an appointment to shop there, regardless of the season, so that you will never walk away disappointed.

Even though I don't ski myself, when we bring guests to town, we always make our first stop at Gorsuch. The entire men's team there always ensures that everyone in our group is fully equipped with either rental gear, which is the best in town, or brand new gear. I always call ahead to check how busy they are or to make an appointment, so I can be sure they have enough staff to help everyone in our group. This way, I can sit back and enjoy their wealth of knowledge and experience. You should definitely add this place to your gear rotation; you won't be disappointed.

Krissy did our boot footings and she is incredible. We’ve had custom fittings before but nothing like this. Krissy’s knowledge and patience helped create boots that feel like slippers and then she helped us with world class skis and bindings. If you’re looking for boots and skis, Gorsuch and Krissy are the ones to go see!

We recently were skiing in Park city and rented gear from Gorsuch. We found the staff to be incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and fun! Robert and Joel made ski renting playful and easy. These guys are hilarious. We love them.

I am a frequent shopper in Aspen, Vail, and Park City, at this store. NOT ANYMORE. In Park City 12/22/23 in the evening I came to garb a new pair of boats and helmet. Before I could even get to the boats. The manager refused to help in anyway with the helmet I found, Kask. He only had my size in 1 helemt that was scuffed bad on the back. I wanted it bad but he would not take $1 off the price $700 which was already WAY marked up. Terrible business practices to a 30 year old, new property owner here. Sad for the owner he has such a horrible manager to ruin their reputation. Good luck!
