This was our first time to shop at Guotta's. Holly was very helpful and friendly making sure my husband found the right boots he wanted for work. Their selection and prices are great. Very pleased. We will be shopping there again.

Edit: I need to edit my review and call out how helpful Luke Gulotta has been with remediating this issue. He seems serious about closing the women’s PPE gap and got a pair of boots ordered for me ASAP. He also helped find some great pairs for my boyfriend. Kudos to the Gulotta’s team for being open to feedback!

8/17: The woman helping me did not seem interested in helping find what I needed. They had a sum total of TWO boot varieties that I could try on in either men’s or women’s sizing. Not having a women’s steel toe selection in 2024 is embarrassing. At least get some small men’s sizes, which y’all didn’t have either.

I am so not only pleased but so impressed with the customer service Dakota gave us! Dakota took time with my daughter and showed her several styles and sizes. Dakota had suggestions on outfits and hats that the boots would compliment! So patient and kind! We will be back just because of her amazing service. She made it feel like we were shopping with a family member or friend! Thanks Dakota!

Today I woke up looking for boots. I went to Gulottas and ran into this amazing, customer service friendly smiles and giggles Lady Holly. She helped me the way my momma would have helped me. Answered every question I had and made me want to buy 5 pairs of boots.

Love this store! Nothing like good old-fashion customer service. I like that sales people help you find what looks good on you. They will even bring you different sizes to try on while you are in the dressing room. Can't get that at Wal-Mart.

We went there for welding work apparel. They have a well stocked selection. My husband also purchased inserts, which the sale woman helped him pick by standing on a device to measure his pressure points. After wearing them for a week, he says they are really good for his feet.
