I saw Dr. Cullington 2 yrs ago for breast reduction and I've never been so happy. He did a beautiful job & got my case approved rather quickly. His nurse (Michelle I think) was so sweet to me and they were really comforting being that I was so young when I was getting my surgery (19 yrs old). He was quick and to the point and extremely honest with me as far as risks and everything. I recommend him to every gal that is interested in a reduction and I even work with cosmetic surgery now - Dr. Cullington still wins!

I had a breast reduction with Dr. Cullington 3 weeks ago and I am very happy with the results this far. He’s very serious but knows exactly what he’s doing. Surgery went well and recovery as well. Highly recommend him. His staff was amazing they were very helpful explained everything to me. The hospital staff as well @ Dell Seton.

Dr James Cullington, has a HORRIBLE "Bedside / Uncaring Manner" had 13 pounds of excess skin removed from my abdomen, after the surgery Dr Cullington did not check on me for 3 days.. Had many surgeries and usually the Surgeon checks in with you a few hours after the anesthesia has worn off, but nothing..

Then my drainage bulb reached over 100ml (full) while the other 3 we barely had a drop, since I was new to drainage bulbs, yes I Panicked.. Called him, explained the issue and in a real mean and snarky tone he replied "What do you want me to do about it, I'm on the road !" (Still remember fresh as it was yesterday) thats the impression I was left with this Dr"

Heard about my complaints and reacted very sarcastically "ah, he has anxiety"... "Darn" right, when a patient has been cut open and worried about recovery he/she is going to have anxiety...

As a Surgeon he is very good, no issues just an incision infection here and there, basically normal..

Being a good surgeon is great but how you treat and CARE for your patients matters too, and that is the impression a patient remembers..

If I had to do it all again, I would have researched for a better more caring surgeon...

If I could I would give him ZERO stars and would have, but his surgery made up for the additional star ratings.

UPDATE: Seton I have made my opinion known to you by my feedback given after surgery verbatim of what my review contained... You weren't concerned then as you are now. Strange

No bedside manner. Caused tremendous pain and I have a horrible scar. Nurse was great but she wasn’t sticking her finger in my back to open up a drain with no warning or medication.
