Was in Melbourne on my birthday in May & got excellent customer service from a girl with jet black hair & piercings. I was looking for a digital camera & discussed best value & quality. We looked at the Kodak Pixpro & she really sold it to me in a way that made me feel she knew the product & wanted to actually make sure I was buying something good. Initially we didn’t think it was in stock but I went back to the camera section & saw one left! I love the camera & took some great photos with it & it’s my trusty ultraportable companion now! Thanks again to that girl

I was looking for an iPhone case for an iPhone 16 and asked a team member for assistance. I was lucky enough to get Ellie, who didn’t say the usual “whatever is on the shelf is all there is”. Instead, she looked in all the places extra stock could be, and even asked another team member to help help her when she still couldn’t find it. Because of this care and attentiveness, she managed to find it in another random section of the store and I left very happy. Give this woman a raise.

This experience was truly disappointing. I’m a regular customer at this store, and at first, a salesperson recognized me and asked me to wait for a moment before handing me over to another colleague. When I asked the new salesperson if they could offer me the best price, instead of giving me a satisfactory answer, they continuously tried to upsell services I didn’t need. After I paused to think for just five seconds, the salesperson immediately walked away. When I asked them to bring out the product, they pretended not to hear and quickly left. Fortunately, another salesperson eventually helped me and provided a better price. Since I didn’t mention my earlier experience to the second salesperson, I’m certain that there was no effort made to follow up on the situation. It’s only because of this second salesperson’s professionalism that I didn’t leave a one-star review.

I want to buy a laptop charger but wasn't sure it will work with my laptop so I had brought it along with me. They allowed me to open it, helped me plug in, check whether it's charging or not and then I paid them. Very smart and helpful people!

I wanted to buy a camera but got different best prices given by different staff.

So, you don't need to decide too early if you want to buy a product here. Ask a few staff first and get the actual best price.

In the end, I decided not to get mine from this store.
