This is a wonderful place for art supplies. It's a small, cozy, and everything is organized. They carry a great selection of products for artists looking for high quality products, and the products look to be in good condition. You can find many popular supplies and an excellent selection of paper, boards, and canvas. This store is a little smaller than the one in Austin, but the employees are good at offering help as needed. I'll be back for my paints, markers, and papers over big chain craft stores.

I absolutely love this place! They have an amazing selection of art materials, a very friendly and helpful staff and it’s impossible to walk in and not feel absolutely inspired!

One of the many things that I love about that store is the Art displayed on all the walls. They have art displayed as a tribute to Jerry and art displayed by various local artist. All of the artwork is displayed and very neat and classy way. It is well organized and displayed with a purpose and not just thrown up on the walls.

I was very impressed with the layout of the store and how well organized everything is. It was easy to find everything I was looking for and was very happy with the staff and the knowledge they have.

There are many art supplies that I have used before, many art supplies I have seen before and many art supplies I haven’t used before. I asked the staff about many different products that I haven’t used before. They not only took the time to explain everything to me, they were patient, kind, welcoming and were more than generous with their time. They shared so much with me about so many items in the store.

I was very impressed with the very wide selection of Montana spray paints. The cans were organized neatly, also organized by color and by type. They also have a great selection of caps and again, their knowledge is second to none.

They have everything you need from sketching pens and pencils, acrylic paints, spray paints and pens and a wider selection of mediums.

They staff has a clear connection to the local art scene, they have a relationship with local artist and relationships with the local community.

Very helpful staff, great prices and wonderful selection of art supplies! Canvases of every size and shape and so many paints of every variety, but also pockets of other art supplies not related to painting (drawing, dyeing, clay-making, etc.)

I particularly loved that they have scrap pieces of matting available for super cheap! Perfect for framing smaller art, or even practicing mat cutting.

I even got a free item on my birthday!

Just a huge waste of time. Several years ago when I lived here, I would not dream of going anywhere else. Times certainly do change.

I just left the store empty handed. The two women behind the counter were just going on and on about how bad their lives are. Just hating on everything. Complaining about the music playing in the store. It was Barry White! Literally one of the reasons we HAVE music today! They had all the time in the world to hang out behind the counter commiserating with each other. I was there about 30 minutes. I helped another customer while I was there. And I watched someone just milling around looking for signs.

It was sad. The art community has gone away. And poor customer service and lack of support is a major contributor that keeps people from trying new crafts.

This store was once a huge presence. Now? Probably more a detriment to new artists than anything else.

The staff is very helpful here. We were greeted upon entry and an employee helped us find everything we needed. I highly recommend for college students, because the prices are quite reasonable. Remember to take your student ID for a discount.

Came here looking for a few colors of spray paint. Walked in and immediately knew I was in the right place. They have a HUGE selection to choose from. From Montana golds to hardcore. The guy behind the paint counter was really helpful. Best art store in San Antonio! Thanks Justin!

This place is amazing! Great deals and discounts with their reward card. And the staff is absolutely the best. Very helpful and they know everything about their products! I go here to buy their Urban Artist colored pencils which are a really great brand with a varied selection to choose from. They also have a great selection of Prismacolors ones too. Won't find a better selection of art supplies anywhere else in SA.
