I really thought this was a great place. My son was here for two years.
Like another parent, I should have seen some signs that my child wasn’t getting the best care.
1. When he was potty training he would come home with wet clothes, DAILY.
2. He complained they were mean at naptime, he also used to and still cries in his sleep- since speaking with a therapist it seems like there’s names that come up pretty often with his complaints of bad nap times.
3. His portfolio I received on his last day had his birthday incorrect on some fake reports they put together last minute and 15 pages my son painted
4. He went to school with a spider man watch one day and I never seen it again, I was told it was lost. My son constantly brings up this watch and how MS Mable snatched it from him and stomped on it. He still cries when he talks about his watch.
5. Another instance: picked my son up crying, he broke down in the car immediately about how Ms. Teresa yelled at him. When I spoke to MS Teresa about the discipline, I was told him and other kid fought over a toy and “when they’re just getting out of hand, you know”
After the stories I have heard from my son and other parents, check in on your kids and ask them how they are being treated here.

My daughter has been coming to Kids R Tops for almost 3 years. This place was highly recommended by a few people I know. And I would recommend it to anyone! My daughter absolutely loves each of the teachers! Mrs Jay and Mrs Teresa are both very understanding and well informed. Mrs. Louis is the sweetest and reaches out when my daughter needs additional assistance with her VPK work. They are truly amazing and great to work with. Highly recommended!

I attended Kids R Tops as a child, and to my luck, some of the same amazing staff still work there and give my son the same great experience I had. Ms. Louise, Ms. Jan, and the rest of the staff have been nothing short of amazing. My son had a rough experience with a daycare he previously went to, and dreaded going every day. When I ask him about going to school now, he gets excited, is greeted daily with kindness, and tells me about his day when picked up. It is such a relief to know my child is happy and in great hands with people I trust, just as I did growing up. I am extremely grateful to the entire staff who keep this place running and make this a welcoming second home for my son. I know my choice is right when I leave him in their hands, and it eases the anxiety knowing he will be happy there when I am not around. I highly recommend Kids R Tops to anyone for the standards and consistency they uphold as a facility, and for the happiness they bring to all of the children. They know what they're doing, and it shows!

At a point in time I thought this was the most amazing place for my 3 year old son, being that my niece went to this facility as well. I should have realized a while back the red flags here and there. First of all my child began going to Kids r tops when he turned 2 years old my child is 3 now almost 4. When he began going I never got notified of when he ate that day or even what he ate. As well as, if he had wet diapers and if he did how many were #1/#2. If you get too comfortable with these people they will for sure let you down. I trusted these people with my son and they kicked him to the curb as if 3 years olds don’t have tantrums. I also have not been responded to in regards to marks that I have seen on his body. There has been resources they have never informed me about to help me with my son. If these people say they care about your child please let me ensure you they do not. There just another kid and another number to this facility. Do better kids r tops. Help the parents don’t just scold them because you think suspending/expelling a 3 year old will do something!? Because it won’t. Train more and get a better understanding on TODDLERS!

My boys have been coming to KRT for over 2 years and both of them have had nothing but good experiences. The staff is very patient- my youngest can be a hand full- they have always been communicating anything that may have been of concern with my children. Ms. Jay is amazing! She has a great staff with a solid establishment. 100% recommend!!

Two of my children have gone here and they LOVED it! Their teachers became family because they truly care for the children long after they leave the center showing it's not just because they're getting paid. Ms. Askins and Mrs. Louise truly were blessings to us!

I did not recommend this daycare to anyone, the worst place ever!!!! Ms. Johana from the 2-year class doesn’t have the knowledge and capacity to deal with toddlers, she gave me my son's with the SAME DIAPER THAT I PUT HIM IN THE MORNING. How are you going to forget to change a diaper? My son was discriminated against because he has a speech delay this is unacceptable for a kid. I reported them to the children and family for an investigation. They like kids with no delays, any children with a delay they will exclude them.
