A lady was helping the cashier back my groceries and what a inconvenience that I live like 15 minutes away and the lady on the phone when I called she said that a picture of the receipt isn’t gonna work for my husband that he would have to come all the way home and I’m in the middle of cooking with the ingredients that I purchased And she is being so reluctant on my husband using a picture of the receipt which makes no difference if it’s still the receipt and I tell her what an inconvenience that they forgot to put my grocery that I bought in my bag and my husband has to come all the way home For the receipt A picture of the receipt that I sent to him through his phone and she didn’t even let me finish talking. She hung up on me. That is ridiculous. You guys have awful customer service, especially with mistakes that you guys have made.

Yesterday, August 18, 2024. I was in the store around a quarter after 12. I wanted to pay something and get some change. Wanted to break a 20. Went to the customer service and there was nobody there. I looked around and found the two customer service people that work behind the counter on the side by the ATM machine talking and talking I made eye contact with one and she didn’t move. The cashiers scanning groceries were looking around looking at me looking to see if there was somebody and I said out loud the two over there watching me not helping me and still nobody came to help me. I sat there for 10 minutes while the main Clerks that were behind the counter talking away I literally just had to get my stuff and walk out. Their customer service is horrible. Whoever worked yesterday at noon on August 18 behind that customer service desk shouldn’t even be allowed to work in customer service looking at me like I had three heads when I’m a very decent person. I don’t recommend this store to absolutely no one. It’s unfortunate that this makes me give a star since zero stars are N/A

I'd give them 5 stars if the poor lady at the service desk had some help. It's rediculous to have her working that desk all by herself all day long and not getting her breaks. You're a union, get your crap together!!! Thank you so much for your quick and polite service today hon. I'm sorry I didn't catch your name but it's probably best because retaliation is a real thing. Used to be my go-to for produce, but never, ever again. After spending more than $10 on 24 oz of blackberries to have to throw literally all of them away, I don't think I'll be shopping here again for anything. I wasted 20 minutes picking through the first 12 oz carton, to end up with maybe a dozen berries total. After looking at the second one having had it for less than 24 hours, I didn't even bother to open it, and just threw it away. Never shopping here again. Attached is a photo of the receipt, showing when I bought the damn berries, and photos of the berries themselves, proving that I have had them less than 24 hours and they absolutely should not be in this state.

They recently locked up all of their cosmetics... I understand WHY, I know it's not the best neighborhood. But they refuse to help anybody get anything from there. I've been in multiple times, at different points in the day, and they'll tell you they'll send someone over to help you, but they leave you waiting until you pretty much just give up. You're worried about your store losing money from theft, but your lazy, carefree employees are going to lose you more money than anything or anyone else. People are gonna stop coming all together, if your stores customer service is nonexistent.

If I could give 0 stars I would have! WHY!!! Do we have to carry a card plus now we have to download digital coupons besides. JUST HOW MANY MORE HOOPS DO I REALLY NEED TO JUMP THROUGH JUST TO BUY GROCERIES? It is just one more sneaky way to get our hard earned money. They post one price and under it they will have another price, (lower) and under it, it says with card, others say with digital coupon, as well as the regular coupons. Why do we even need a card to get food at a fair price! A bunch of thieves, I'll be shopping at Walmart from here on out, and if you knew me you would know how I feel about going there as well. If there were a small Ma and Pa's place I'd be shopping there. If we all tell them how we feel about this practice MAYBE JUST MAYBE, they will listen!

The employees are always kind and helpful. The store is usually stocked with things I need but when it comes to the parking lot... It would help if there were arrows directing traffic to use the one way parking aisles correctly. To most people its common sense but there always seems to be someone unable to use their common sense.
