Fabulous 3 level Kmart store (apparently biggest Kmart store ever) so they have absolutely everything. Also, great centre with fabulous food shops, cafe, pharmacy and lotto -really safe and clean, perfect place to meet for coffee then shop till you drop!

The building is very plain and you might easily walk past it, which we did on many occasions.
However on our last day in Melbourne city, we went in and found two lovely food places- Jom and a Hong Kong eatery. Unfortunately we had already eaten, but this review is to remind us to come back and try next time. Both food places looked busy and all the food looked so yummy. Menus on show had reasonable prices. At the back of the centre there is also a make your own bubble tea shop which we will try next time.

The female staff member at the exchange service point, who is overweight, provided very poor service and lacked professionalism. She was unable to manage or control her emotions. I came to exchange a product but received terrible service, and she displayed behavior that seemed discriminatory toward Asians. I request that Kmart review and reconsider the conduct of this employee.

Kmart is such a good shop ! Very huge and lots of things inside. You can easily find wherever you’re looking for! I did bought some stuff too and I like the quality too. Customer service is great too

A good K-mart. Hit hard with demand so they tend to have some stock struggles. The tills are near the exit, and a massive plus this store doesn't do that dumb "scan your dockets" thing at the exit that other stores do.

The self checkouts lose two points. Why are they always so awful in Australia. They worked fine (even efficient?) in every other country during a recent holiday, oir retail has a lot to answer for.

I like the Kmart at Melbourne CBD. There’s a bigger range. The products on some shelves were not orderly. Even though I’ve used Kmart products for many years (Got my family to bring it back to my home country) It was my first time at Kmart and I really enjoyed going through the different products. And at the self checkout the cashier was patient and helpful because it was my first time.
