L'étiquetage n'était pas bien fait partout mais globalement c'est un Kmart bien entretenu pour un centre-ville.

I have never written a negative review in my life, however I need to provide feedback.

I was turned away and told the store was closed at 9.48pm when the closing time on google is 10pm. I needed one thing and the girl at the door told me they were closed, and that the escalators were shut off so we wouldn’t even be able to go to the top or bottom level.

Advertise your closing time correctly, I can see I’m not the only person to write a review on the “closing time”

It's Kmart! This fairly big franchise of the popular departmental store is located in Bourke Street that holds a huge variety of items, almost everything one needs in a house, and then some. Ranging from clothes, cosmetics, kitchenware, beddings, kids, party, books, stationary, exercise gear, electronics, to name a few. Set in 3 different levels easily accessible by the escalator, the ultimate selling point for Kmart is it's competitive low pricing. On the onset one might equate the price of the goods with their quality, but from my experience, most of the items that I've purchased from Kmart, with proper handling and care, have, and are still working well.

For people like me who can't afford expensive goods, Kmart is one of the best places to get such stuff. Irrespective of your bank balance, Kmart regularly offers a lot of new designs in clothes, and haberdasheries. There's something for everyone, across all age groups. That's a good thing.

I've often found people unable to work with the self check-out counters, and assistance is available. For a stor of this size, it's a tad frustrating to find a dearth of staff there, because sometimes we were looking for a staff to ask something only to find no one around. If you can manage to find them, they're quite helpful, but most of them aren't very knowledgeable about a number of items. I don't blame them. There's a lot of stuff in there.

In a nutshell, all I want to say is that if you want to buy something for yourself, your family, gift someone or moving into a new place and don't want to splurge a lot of money unnecessarily, there's no place better than Kmart.

Typical corporate as no staff to help as only one staff member at each end of the store and only one staff member in Click and collect. I spent 20 minutes walking around for a product not to have anybody to be found. I approach the register to ask where this product and staff were and was quickly told the product is upstairs if you can't find it, as it's sold out. They don't have staff to assist in this store. Very poor as just shows the corporate want your money but won't provide customer service

I have had it with the service desk at the lowest floor of this KMART. I definitely think that if you have some time, you should just go to Big W instead. The customer service I’ve consistently had from the service desk at the bottom floor of the building has been so not worth it. Today, I went to ask the lady there for some help with finding a toilet plunger which I had circled the top floor for 2-3 times already. It was an Asian lady with a face mask on who didn’t seem to even want to understand my situation… our conversation went like this, she told me it was on the top floor after I asked her where I could find it. I showed her a photo of it and asked her if this was the only brand to which she replied with a lot of unnecessary attitude “we don’t do brands, we only have Anki. What are you still doing here? You won’t find anything here, go upstairs” I don’t know if she was being racist towards coloured people but yeah, definitely an uncomfortable situation. There was no line of customers behind me, I was literally the only one there. She left me feeling very uncomfortable and sad. I told the supervisor lady at the checkout and hope she escalates the matter. Her face mask definitely had no impact. She definitely sounded hostile and angry… It was definitely the tone of her voice, how she kept rushing me without hearing me out and she made a completely simple situation into something unpleasant. Kmart, please hire kind people….. it’s very easy for retail workers to treat nice customers horribly and we should prevent that from happening ever again. I’m left feeling very sad and definitely won’t be coming back… why should I take on someone else’s negative energy when I don’t deserve it and definitely do not treat others like that… my energy is precious and as a customer, I can definitely shop elsewhere. bye. Adding this place to my list of places not to go. ?

A very unpleasant experience. Went downstairs at the printing kiosk and they had no USB cables so called for assistance. Waited there for 10 minutes and there was only one staff member at the service desk so queued there for 5 minutes and ask for help. She asked to wait near the printer and press assistance which was already on red and asked me to wait for another 1-2 minutes there. Waited again for 15 minutes but the only staff member present was assisting the queue and there were no other staff in the service section who came to help.
Either hire staff for service or ensure there is proper assistance provided for customers.

Completely out of stock for several of the items I wanted to purchase. Couldn't find a sales staff member on the floor to ask. Had to go to a different floor to ask someone just to be told they're out of stock.
Polite service when you can find someone.
