I bought something before Christmas at their Richmond location but they don’t fit when I got them home.

I was planning to return them to this Robson location. A girl asked me what’s wrong with it and I said they just didn’t fit. She offered if I wanted to be measured again. I was like why not.

Then someone appeared to be more senior, Angie, helped me. She explained the size and how it worked. In the end, she found the sizes of two items that actually fit me. She helped me to do a whole return from my last purchase and a new purchase and explained how long the refund would take. There was still one item that we were not sure about the size as we did not try, but she assured me that I could just bring it back within 30 days.

When I was about to leave, I saw another item that I wanted to try. She helped me again, but told me that would probably not fit me that well. And she was right!

Besides Angie’s help, another highlight of this visit was to see once a customer tried any item, the staff would steam them right away. Seeing that made me feel secure as they care about hygiene that much here. The store was also very clean and tidy.

5 Star service from Paris yesterday!

My friend and I came in around lunch time. Paris greeted us at the door with a smile. She was so happy to help with the questions my friend had about the products she just bought. So kind and helpful! Thank you Paris!

Was super excited to visit store had been awhile since shopping for bra and was excited about their underwear. First person helping was very friendly and helpful. Once put in change room and measured was brought some items and forgotten about. Items brought were not ones originally talked about was not checked on or helped further. Was unable to try everything on as needed assistance. Turned excited experience into a huge disappointment. Bought few items able to try on but that was it. So disappointed ?.

Staff were helpful and friendly but went too far trying to upsell me. Tried at least 4 times to upsell me on more bras/different things. I’m sure they were told to do that and that’s why I am posting a review. I didn’t like it and I won’t return.

Had such a lovely experience at Knix. Walked in on a whim with a friend, and was delightfully surprised by the care and attention of the staff here. Wasn’t planning on purchasing anything, but we walked out with a few items after having such a good time.
