Beautiful store! I could not wait & luckily only 3 people in front of me in the que at around 12 noon. Great selection of sweaters & jackets. I purchased white lace blouse, camel tweed jacket & a new just in sweater in beige. Everyone were friendly & helpful. Really enjoyed shopping at Sezanne. Wished they gave out free Sezanne totes like they do for on line orders.

Walked 30 min to the store to find out that they have barely anybody inside, but a long queue outside. Really? Sezane is not Dior. I would have bought a sweater, but instead I just waisted my time.

Would have been a good, if crowded experience had it not been for the attitude of the cashier at the back of the store. She asked us for our email and when we queried whether it was obligatory (as we did not wish to provide our personal data) she acted very surprised and told us it was needed for a receipt, even though I think it was a reasonable thing to ask. She then kept talking in French and laughing with the employee next to her, to the point that she did not even realise our receipt had printed and we were struggling to take it from the machine - in the end the other employee had to take it for us! Of course it is not her fault we could not understand what she was saying, but to laugh and joke in another language in front of a customer does not make you feel good. Spoilt what might have been a nice experience in such a beautiful store!

One of the most beautiful stores in Paris.
Not only are their products absolutely stunning, but the store’s atmosphere is equally delightful.
The simple yet elegant design of their clothing has made me fall in love with this brand.
If an item is sold out in one branch, the staff kindly help you check availability in other locations so you can get your desired piece from another store.

A wonderful store - ruined by one staff member.

We were warmly welcomed at the entrance and even offered lemonade, which was a lovely touch. The store itself has a beautiful concept – everything looks great, and the clothing selection is really appealing. I also appreciated that they limit the number of customers inside, which made the experience feel calm and well-organized.

Unfortunately, our visit was completely ruined by the extremely rude behavior of one staff member toward my little sister, who is only 11 years old. She wanted to take a pair of pants from a shelf, and there was a stool in front of it. In any regular store, it's normal for customers to help themselves, and there were no signs saying otherwise. So she stepped onto the stool to reach the pants – and suddenly a woman from the staff came over and said in a sharp, unfriendly, and loud voice (almost word for word): “Excuse me, excuse me, I will give it to you, okay?!”

This behavior towards a child was incredibly condescending and unnecessarily harsh. It made us feel so uncomfortable that we left the store immediately.

It’s a real shame, we genuinely liked the place and were ready to buy something. But we cannot support a business where children are treated in such a disrespectful way.

Finally, we made it to a Sézane store in Paris, located in Le Marais! The shop is absolutely stunning with a fabulous interior. The staff member at the jewellery corner was very friendly and patient. Just a heads-up: Saturdays can get extremely busy, and you might have to wait in line outside to enter. We visited around 14:00 and only had to wait for about 5 minutes. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Paris! Bisous yours Fran&Jessy 💋

Adored the brand. Short queue, no problem. Entered with excitement, only to find few clothing products compared to online. The accessories seemed more complete.
The queues at dressing room and two cashiers seemed too long. Basically the small shop was full of people queuing. Better order online I guess.
