An outstanding family-run high-fashion concept store in the heart of Antwerp. They do have some cool stuff but sooo over priced. Family run business, who don’t look out for their other staff members. The owner is extremely snobbish and rude. I was looked down at because of what I was wearing and they kept following me thinking I would steal something. Guess what darling, you lost a good customer who was willing to spend thousands of €.

Tourists please take note that the store may offer 21% tax refund but you are at risk of NOT receiving any tax refund at all. The store claims they are able to offer higher than normal tax refund of 21% as they do the tax claims on their own. I followed their steps diligently and got a customs chop on their invoice before leaving the airport and mailed it back to them as instructed. However till today they claim they never received the mail, I never got any tax refund back, and they say there is nothing they can do. So my advice would be to try find the item that you like and purchase it at a shop that has an actual tax refund system for tourists with companies like Global Blue so that you will be rest assured of receiving your tax refund back at the airport directly, don't risk it. The store is an interesting multi-brand store and service was great, but take it as a learning point from me that you may receive no tax refund at all. It is quite upsetting for tourists.

I am so grateful that I made the decision to spend one day in Antwerp, and visited LOUIS was my second best decision. The staff are extremely nice, no matter the girl who helped me with choosing the trainers or the boy at the cashier who explained step by step about how to get a tax refund (at 20% indeed!). They warmed my day in a not so warm weather. Selections are wonderful and the seasonal sales are amazing. Definitely will revisit when I am back in Antwerp next time!

Our shopping experience was deeply disappointing. From the outset, we were prohibited from smelling the perfume caps due to “hygiene concerns.” Next, we were discouraged from testing all the available fragrances—despite there being only about ten—because it was deemed “a bit too much.” The store was completely empty, with no other customers in sight, yet the shop assistant remained unfriendly and condescending, unwilling to engage with us in a professional manner. Frustrated, we left and visited another store, where we were reminded of what genuine customer service and a welcoming attitude should be.

After reading a lot of negative reviews I just wanted to say that I found all the staff really sweet. I came in to try on Margiela Tabi's. They were really helpful and nothing was to much. Super friendly. They didn't have exactly the color and style I'm after but I now know my size and I'm sure they will help me get them sometime soon.
