Rating based on my experience only. I had my mobile battery replaced here, which was out of warranty. Took 30 minutes after handing over my phone. Good work from the technician.

I cannot speak for the quality of other sales and services offered here. But I noticed poor customer interaction on my visit. All 3 Employees are simply sitting. They could have at least had a small talk or try to sell me something/provide information about the latest products. But they chose to be busy on their phones instead.

I recently bought a Redmi 13 C 5G, and I couldn’t be more disappointed. The build quality is atrocious! When I got home, I discovered that the speaker grill was missing—how is that even acceptable for a new phone?

To make matters worse, the store staff were completely unhelpful. Instead of assisting me, they told me to contact customer support, which I tried to do multiple times without success. I could never get through!

Overall, I regret my purchase and highly recommend avoiding this store. It’s been a frustrating experience from start to finish. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

Excellent store and staffs are very supportive. It's located right on the Kammanahalli main road and very much easily accessible for people who come through bikes and walk in. But still car drivers need to hustle for their parking spots. This store ambience is simply awesome.They organised everything in a very intuitive interface manner so it's easy for everyone to access the things what they need.. Overall customer satisfaction is very good... Ambience is great.. Clean and neat.. Highly recommended

I had the misfortune of visiting the Mi Store in Kammanahalli, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The staff are incredibly unhelpful and seem more interested in making a quick sale than actually assisting customers. I bought a phone that turned out to be used. When I confronted them, they had the audacity to act like it was no big deal.

The lack of support is appalling. They were dismissive and refused to take any responsibility for selling me a used phone, claiming it was “new.” This store is nothing but a scam operation, preying on unsuspecting customers

I purchased a redmi 13 c 5G but faced network issue immediately and the authorised seller tried his best and told to contact after sales service center near me giving the number .I called and spoke to a person who speaks Urdu and telling his name as Anand,he spoke with me very rude saying we don't have technicians here and asked to go to Yelahanka service centre,he also says the seller is responsible for it for 24 hours after sales and hung up call saying ur also late in calling us as we are about the close.
