Such a pleasure and absolute joy to shop here on a Saurday morning. Staff always exceptionally courteous and genuinely so. This makes the experience a thing thing to be enjoyed rather than a chore. Excellent selection of high quality products from fresh vegetables and fruits to meats, fish and freshly backed pastry. I absolutely love their Sourdough bread its always fresh and absolutely ? actually one of a fewer places that doesn’t use rapeseed oil. Thumbs up ? to that.
The Store is very well stocked, clean and organised, browsing around and finding what your looking for is easy. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
As for parking and accessibility, plenty of parking spaces around.
* Over all, great quality products reasonably priced, friendly staff, excellent shopping experience.

I change stars from 5 to 3 because in the last three months, a lot of products disappeared from the shelves. Orange Juice with bits, some blend of M&S Tea, Salmon Lime and Pepper, Broccoli Florette. And also the quality of some vegetables and tomatoes is very low from last summer.
The staff is always 5 star obviously, but with these premises, I need to use several supermarkets instead of one.
P.S. The same products are still available in the other stores, like Partick's or Great Western Road ones.

I once passed by here during a cycle trip after running out of water, let’s just say I was extremely happy to but their 80p 2 litre bottle of water. Top tier honestly.

Worst stocked M&S in west of Scotland. Only M&S I know that stopped offering Mozzarella, Tomato & Basil wraps, but stocks Mozzarella & Ham (what) wraps because why bother catering for vegetarians, let's just offer seventeen sandwiches with meat in them and a single lonely sandwich for vegetarians. Store advertises as open until 20:00 but stops letting customers in at 19:45 most nights.

Managed to get fish and chips in dine for £12.00. First time it was absolutely brilliant. Portion of fish enormous. Tasted excellent with chips scrapings with pea purée. Would give this 10 out of 10. EXCELLENT

I don’t know what to say really. The shop is laid out exactly as you’d expect an M&S to be laid out. However the cashier gave us a dour look of absoluteness, it stunned me. Suddenly I realised exactly the reason why; we are not Dumbarton residents. One thing I learned from this trip is that the towns near Glasgow do not accept outsiders. I was an Alien.

Been in for the excellent dine in for £12 - waste of time, hardly anything all in one chiller cabinet. Sides comprises salad or broccoli.
Spoke to young boy at checkout . He couldn't have cared less.
This also happened the last time the dine in deal was on. At least I got an apology that time with an explanation that the ordering system was playing up. Whether that was true or not at least the member of staff placated me.
