This has been the worst experience I have ever had. Lorena, the woman “teaching” me at the data center had a really bad attitude. Every time a co-worker walked in she would make conversation with her. I had to wait for her to finish chatting with literally every single person that walked in. If there was work she would tell me that there was very little so she would sit and wait for orders to accumulate and later would be in a rush to complete the work and push me out of her way which to me was her way of trying to intimidate me because obviously she knew it took practice to perform the way she did. If I didn’t know or would ask her something that I didn’t understand from the computer she would miss pronounce the word on the screen because she spoke no English causing me to look for a word that she technically made up. I noticed she would get frustrated and would rudely point at the screen with a loud tone. Her form of teaching me made me very uncomfortable especially when she spoke bad about me to her friends there. I was being harassed and humiliated by her, I decided to ask Jaime for help he was really helpful and asked me if I had any questions about my work so I literally re-did all of my notes that day. The next week Lorena was not talking to me and would ask me what my name was when I worked with her in the same office for four days? Instead of helping me when I had work to complete she would be online shopping in her desk talking to the co-worker behind her while I was really looking for help. My last day I had a lot of work and didn’t have Jaime to help me she stacked all the unfinished work in the computer desk with a note an hour before my shift was over. Some of that work I had a chance to knock out within the last hour but I was not looking for an argument therefore I went on to cutting labels. This behavior led me to believe that she wanted me to get laid off. Since the company is female dominant she got her way and this morning I received a text that my “assignment” was “complete”.

My experience was NOT good! Could be a little more professional. They are mostly Spanish speaking there WHICH IS NOT MY ISSUE , my issue was that I felt offended when I was confronted by a supervisor by the name of Letty asking if I don't speak Spanish when it was confirmed twice that is didn't as of she didn't believe me. Not all Hispanics know spanish plus her approach could've been a little more professional then to top it off she's yelling to get a point across, she should keep in mind that she's working with grown adults. . Didn't even stay to complete my shift...... Very unprofessional!

Company forces people to work 7 days a week or get fired under whatever circumstances possible. Also have had them cash out one of my checks at workforce solutions. Upon checking who signed it the signature was all wrong and the receptionist erased it and said they'd get me a new one. I dont even know how they were gonna pretend to fix that but glad I bailed.

Bad company, supposedly they give 2 weeks of training but if there is no where they are training you they send you somewhere else that you do not know what you are going to do and the one that is training you does not tell you what to do or how to do it at the end of the day tells you that put that you helped her and the next day you get fired for poor performance. how barely you are in training in one area and then they send you to another and want you to surrender in a new place that you are not assigned to. They are abusive.

Im a contracted truck driver, I been here twice and both times have been a waiting disaster. There's zero consideration here for the long haul drivers picking up. 9 f*g hours to load a trailer when it takes others 15 minutes... to hell with these people, not even walmart does this non sence.
