Beautiful store! Very clean! Friendly and helpful staff, also thank you for not following us around like we were criminals as some other stores will do. They have the hello kitty pop up here which was so fun to shop. They have so many beautiful shoes and a variety of styles and brands. Also they have a "boyfriend deposit" aka a sitting area of tables with chairs and a bench at the front of the store, so people can sit and wait while the rest of their party shops.

For some reason, my son has become interested in collecting men’s cologne. He got a couple free samples a month ago and now has 16 bottles you do not even want to know what my house smells like now everyone there is great.

I came here with the goal of finding a perfume and lipstick and found both! Ria, the associate who helped me, was kind and patient and so knowledgeable! I was so impressed with her knowledge on their perfume selection especially. It was a great experience and I'd happily come back!

My husband took me to this location today to shop for my birthday. We walked through the entire downstairs, then all of the upstairs. We were not approached or greeted by a single associate. I was wanting some make-up, but had no desire to wait around and hunt someone down. I wanted some clothes and fun things for my grand-babies, again, no desire to wait. We went back downstairs and as we were leaving, a very hard-working man, who was helping another customer in the men’s suits dept, politely said hello. He was the only person in the entire store that acknowledged us. The only one, after maybe 45 min to an hour. My husband pointed out to me that many employees were engrossed in a giant gossip session with their backs to us near cosmetics. We are not fancy, fashionable young people. We are humble grandparents, who had significant money to burn but nobody who would take it. Never had such poor service in my 40+ years of shopping at Nordstrom. I used to be treated like a princess there, when I was younger and had almost no money to spend. I guess old grandparents are not important to Nordstrom. Sigh.

I usually love coming here and exploring the fragrance and beauty aisle, but I didn’t have the best experience when I went today. Overall, the staff were friendly and kind and were extremely helpful. I understand that they make a commission on items that they sell but sometimes it can come off a bit pushy and overly aggressive. While just wanting to explore sections other than the beauty aisle I wandered off with an item I intended on coming back and purchasing and the sales advisor asked if i was ready to checkout, to which i responded not just yet. She goes “oh okay alright” in a dismissive way. I just didn’t feel comfortable shopping and decided to leave shortly after
