Obsessions Retail is a delightful shop packed with an array of fun items! They offer a diverse selection of cards and an extensive collection of Jellycat stuffed toys that are sure to please anyone. I personally found two notebooks on sale and was thrilled with the great prices. Shopping here was an overall positive experience thanks to the interesting merchandise and the pleasant atmosphere of the store. I’ve visited the store twice, neither time was I greeted or even acknowledged. The two gentlemen ( the young man and the other older gentleman) that work there were engulfed in a conversation, talking to each other non stop. I guess if I were a man or a hot businessman they would bother to say hello. Not impressed by their service. Otherwise the store has some cute stuff, lots of card selections and some overpriced jewelry. Don’t think I’ll come back, those men left a bad taste in my mouth. Weird energy for a lady like myself.

Unfortunately, I had not the best experience here. They had amazing stock in terms of jellycats (although overpriced) and other products but the thing that upset me the most was the poor customer service. I came in and there were 3 people and they all completely ignored me. No hello, no nothing. Which, I feel they should at least greet their customer but when 3 employees just completely ignore you and one even stood next to me and just refused to even acknowledge me, it just doesnt create a welcoming atmosphere. Was disappointed and probably will go elsewhere.

I recently stumbled upon a fantastic find at Obsession Retails—a famous brand pocket-sized notebook at a very reasonable price. The size is perfect for my on-the-go lifestyle, and it’s not often you come across such a great deal. The store itself was well-organized and maintained a decent shopping environment.

The Jellycat toys collection they have is amazing, I just found a big purple dragon that I couldn’t find anywhere else. Definitely going back again next month, they told me their new Jellycat are arriving soon.

Great experience shopping there for art supplies, I was so happy to see all the Caran d’Ache crayons but i was surprised to see the variety of pens they had, definitely coming back soon

I recently visited this store to have a pen engraved. I provided a second pen as a reference to ensure the engraving matched my specifications. The store manager assured me that the job would be completed as requested. However, when I picked up the pen, the engraving was entirely different from what we had discussed.
When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the store manager claimed the reference pen was only for indicating the location of the engraving, not the style or specifics. The manager refused to offer a refund for the unsatisfactory work.
I then purchased a second pen to utilize my store credit and returned, hoping for a better outcome. Unfortunately, the same manager refused to proceed with the engraving and again denied a refund, suggesting I buy something else that I did not need.
Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend doing business with this store.
