Hey Friends, another review. At Office Depot, Brandon location.I called the store because I was looking for a collapsible cart for me to bring to school. I ordered it online, I got a decent priced one and a 20% discount. An hour later, the order was canceled since it was out of stock. I called the store and an associate said there were more at the Adamo location. My concern was that the coupon was used. The associate said it would cancel and could be reused. Not the case. I called back and spoke to the store manager Jeff to explain my situation. Instead, he gave me a better made one and at the same price! I work at a Title 1 in Plant City. I was so appreciative because my students lack the bare essentials. I have spent over $500 already and I'm a brand new teacher...Thank you Jeff and team. It means alot. Absolutely appalling customer service at the print counter. I was literally told they were too busy to help me. There wasn’t anyone else in line and the store looked empty. Sorry you can’t handle orders and store customers at the same time. Lucky for me FedEx on Causeway was more than happy to have my business and help me. I suggest everyone drive the few extra miles and go there for printing needs.

I needed help faxing my paperwork. Like two folders full. I made a mistake going to 475 W Brandon Blvd. Brandon, FL 33511 store. It was awful I was there a good couple hours and the machine kept messing up and when I asked for help, Alec thought it was the end of the world. I tried the other machine and same time, it jammed, it would only take a little stack at a time. I've been faxing since I was probably 7, my grandparents both had businesses. They were always faxing something to my mother their bookkeeper. I worked at several places that had big machines like Office Depot. I worked for a Medical Billing, I've used them at school, College and the Library. Urgent Care Center, Lowes, An ER up north and didn't have these issues. Either the machine was old. Or they never serviced them. Out of about $60 and maybe 60 pages the company let me know they didn't get even half of what they had asked for. It was to prove to a collection agency that I had paid my bill. But "No" I wasted all that money that I don't have because I'm a single disabled mother. I feel one because my paperwork was going to me late! And two the machines and Alec wouldn't assist enough. But Mario...love the name.

Let me tell you my girl Ashley at the printing area is sooooo amazing! Not only did she kill it with the printing she helped me with the whole order same day! You all are so lucky to have her, she’s spectacular and needs a raise.

Whatever you’re paying Alicia, please double it. She was literally the most helpful and genuine person I have ever met at Office Depot. I had an extremely short noticed deadline and she went out of her way to make sure I was assisted. She’s amazing!

It was easy to find a good gaming chair here we paid around a $175.00. It has armrest a good back support Everything you need for a good game experience Except for a cup holder ? Maybe next time on the newest model will get a cup holder ?.
