I had a pull-up banner printed in Adelaide. Next week I took it to Melbourne for an expo. Suddenly, the print came out from its base. I took it to Officeworks on Bourke Street Melbourne. They fixed it within fifteen minutes, without any hassle and with a smile. Excellent customer service by Ash and George. While waiting, I noticed the staff were very helpful towards other customers. Very happy with Officeworks!

Amazing and friendly help and service from every person I spoke to in store! I needed business cards printed on a quick visit to Melbourne. It was my first set of cards, designed by myself, and I was pretty unsure about what I was doing. The staff were amazing! And I came away with cards 10 mins later. Thanks so much!!! I'd been dreading the process - it couldn't have been any easier with the help of the Officeworks team. And I'm really happy with the cards!

Don't ask for help from any staff overthere. You will never get it. Please consider training all your staff. I went there several times because my office just around the corner. Whenever we ask for help, never has anyone of them willing to help. They always said "We not sell it here ?" but I could find it later by myself.

Go to another branch on Elizabeth Street. They're more helpful and have service mind.

Very disappointing service. Mean staff with low efficiency. Went in for document printing 40 minutes before the closing time, and waited for about 10 minutes till my turn. I requested for binding my documents at like 6:35 and the staff was like “No, Can’t Do” “IDK what to tell you” as if the shop was closing in 5 minutes, while binding will only take a few minutes.

In general, the staff don’t seem to be proactive and efficient, causing a slower service pace, which is obviously not customers fault and wouldn’t get better or faster just by refusing customers request.

Staffs are unprofessional and rude.

I was offered to enter the store to print and arriving at the printing machine I was told they are closed.

The staff was so rude, she literally stopped me and asked : do you have the code bar? I said Yes. As I proceed to print, she then stopped me and said, i won’t have enough time, « you should have come earlier »come back tomorrow, we are closed

I kindly asked her that « it’s just a few pages please » and she insist that I don’t have time and that « We need to leave(work) on time »

I literally had 2 minutes before closing time, I could have printed 4 pages real quick. I already sent the email and got the code bar and was ready. And there were nobody at the printing area.

I agree I came at the closing time so it is okay if you had rejected me from entering the store since the beginning.

But it is not okay to talk to your customer that way. If you don’t like your job, just quit.

Next time if you’re closed, just say so at the entrance.

I recently visited this store and had an extremely disappointing experience with the staff. The employees were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting customers. When I asked for help finding a product, I was met with vague directions and a dismissive attitude. The staff appeared more focused on chatting amongst themselves than providing quality customer service. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable, and it made my shopping experience frustrating and unpleasant. I expect better from a store like OfficeWorks and hope they address these issues promptly.

I had a very negative experience recently because I mistakenly used "him" instead of "they/them" when addressing a staff member whose pronouns I didn't know. It's challenging to keep up with everyone’s preferences, especially when we all have our own issues and struggles. I have friends who are part of the LGBTQ+ community, and let me tell you they don't have such fragile egos.

This particular staff member refused to serve me because I used the wrong pronouns, which I find excessive. People like this make it difficult for others to coexist peacefully, despite efforts to be inclusive. Respect is essential, but demanding that everyone knows your specifics at all times is unrealistic. The world doesn’t revolve around one individual's preferences, and expecting others to constantly walk on eggshells to avoid offending you is impractical.
