Bizarrely needed to do some printing for meeting in evening so thought why not get done in city while here having lunch? So we did and actually it's pretty easy to email officeworks@printme from your phone and get it done. Store quite small from entrance but looks are deceiving goes right back and has upstairs and downstairs with everything you need. So good to have in city.

I went last Thursday to buy the new Google Pixel Pro 2 ear buds which were advertised FOR SALE on the floor NOT pre sale. The cashier behind the register went to the cabinet behind her and grabbed the physical stock and went to put the sale through to receive an error to which she spoke to her manager who advised these were incorrectly placed on the floor for sale and that they could not put it through as the official release date was scheduled for today Thursday 26 September. They advised if I went online and purchased pre sale stock I would be able to collect on the day. I just went to collect my order to which the manager advises he cannot process because he hasn't received the stock from warehouse. I was obviously confused because I knew the stock was in the cabinet behind him. He advised that was for customers that wanted to purchase them today. I asked when he expected his delivery and he said typically it arrives at 5pm but wouldn't be unpacked and processed until tomorrow. I was confused as to why customers that had gone to the trouble to pre order the stock were going to receive it later than customers that just walked in and took a chance that it would be there. His solution was to either wait until I got the message the order was ready to collect or I could buy the ones he had behind him (so effectively purchase twice) and then when the pre order was processed to come in and receive a refund. In today's financial crisis the thought of spending approximately $370 twice to only get the product once isn't possible. WHAT IS OFFICE WORKS THINKING?! WHY ARE THEY TREATING THEIR PRE ORDER CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS?!

We were here today for a passport photo for my child. The staff was very helpful, they tried their best to help us as no other stores, australia post no one was ready to take kids photos as its too time consuming. The staff helped us by doing everything they could. Thanks to them, we were able to get the photo done.

I really appreciated the help I received last time I visited as I needed a specific USB cable and couldn't work out which one I needed when searching online.

Tip: ask a staff member where things are located because the split level store layout is slightly confusing

Getting a passport photo took 30 minutes. Go to Chemist Warehouse across the road.
