I want to point out this review as solely based on this one issue. The store is absolutely freezing and the staff look so cold. Surely head office need to deal with this as customers and staff are having to put up with this in winter months. Staff are brilliant but the conditions they are having to work in is deplorable. Head office. Do something about it.

Similar to Poundland but with extensive collection. This place has a great access and parking as it is located inside the st.georges retail park. You can find great details on a lot of products (more than 4000 according to them) with prices around one pound (justifying the name).

Tried to buy items that were clearly priced at a £1 but they tried to charge me £1.25! When I questioned this I was told by the manager that I had changed the ticket price - basically called me a liar and a thief. Beware

Often items scan for incorrect prices compared to whats written on the shelf. For example on the shelf it says £1 and at the till they will charge you £1.25 or £1.50.

The store says one below or less, me and the fiance walk in and see £4 pound items....... Jus call urself a discount store cause u are jus duppin people into ur store under false pretences!!!!! Yeah the crisps chocks and all other bad foods that are making people unhealthy are cheap but then everything else is over the sign u have outside.... And there not even good items

I love the store and the staff but my God its was Absolutely Freezing in there poor staff they shouldn't have put up with that for 8 hours shift so very dissapointed

Customer service is appealing. Got charged double and the manager was very rude! Wouldn't be shopping here again!
