Great store with large line of beautiful performance clothing. Everything super high quality and design details are really well thought out (best pockets ever). Friendly and helpful staff helped my husband land on a perfect pair of goretex pro ski bibs, and the store also helped me out on a PP jacket zipper fix, which was so kind. Long lasting gear, but we will def return when any of our pieces eventually need replacement 🙂

I was in the store trying on some jackets. I was unable to find one that fitted me. The staff was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, i left my camera in the store and did not realize it until I was back in Vancouver. The staff went above and beyond to help return my lost camera to me in Toronto. I would highly recommend this store for their extraordinary service and kindness. If I'm ever back in Whistler, I would not hesitate going back...heartfelt thanks again to the team!

My wife went and bought me the helium hooded jacket. I was unable to be with her but she phoned me about it and I told her it sounds like a great jacket but nowhere on the labels does it say what type of down fill it is because I wanted goose down.she asked the sales person and all they said was its a 90/10 fill.She bought the jacket and later I found out its duck down. Not quite what I was looking for and its odd the sales person never mentioned it. You have to go on website to actually find the proper product information.

Amazing customer service!!!

My fiancé and I spent the afternoon on May 6th walking around the village. We went to multiple stores (Smart Wool, Helly Hansen, Roots, to name a few) and not a SINGLE employee said “Hello” or greeted us as we walked in or out; they just stood there staring at us.

When we walked into Peak Performance, we were instantly greeted by two happy and cheery workers that were an absolute joy to talk to. They told us about the products, the company, and even recommended great sushi restaurants to check out. I didn’t grab their names but these two employees were absolutely fantastic and, when I’m ready to purchase, I’ll be choosing Peak Performance over other brands, and it will largely be because of the amazing experience we had dealing with these two employees.

Everyone else in Whistler should take a lesson from these employees and the people who train them. These employees should be commended for their excellent customer service.
