The owner was contacted by the leasing manager of my office and they confirmed they made a mistake in towing my vehicle and apologized for their rep telling me I would need to go down their and pay to have it released. They did do the kind thing of returning it themselves. However, they damaged my car in the process as evidenced by the multiple scratches and dings. Those were not there on Saturday morning before they towed my vehicle from my charging spot on Saturday evening. Photos posted for proof. I’ll be seeking financial retribution to pay for the cost to have the damage to my vehicle fixed. To the owner of R & M: do better.

This will be shared to all of my friends, colleagues, and family who live around the Phoenix area.

If R & M towed your car, do your due diligence and hold them responsible for any and all mistakes.

10/6/2024: I’ve lived at my residence for nearly 4 years and they illegally towed me outta my own spot. They will bypass protocol and not clear a tow job with the leasing manager, Karla, before violating your property. On top of that, they STILL expect me to go down there, pay, and retrieve it myself. If any of my property was damaged, I’ll be filing a lawsuit against the owner and company.

Over the last few days I've had the displeasure of being a "customer" for this business. I use the term customer loosely because this experience has been closer to a hostage situation than a trip to a grocery store. Our cars are these amazing inventions that we use to get us and often our loved ones across town, even a car with only 10,000 miles has been part of a person's daily life being driven around and used to help bring people together whether it's for work or family. Any American realizes how important a motor vehicle is to their life. What this business does is take that vehicle and lock it behind a walled garden until a time they decide to give you the privilege to take back ownership of your car and life. I wish I was creative enough to come up with a fitting punishment for the thugs who operate this business but for now I think the greatest punishment would be to have them experience their own so called customer service. Start by receiving a call that their precious vehicle has been towed and is in a random alley in Phoenix, then to be told that they will not be able to pick up their car since it's a weekend and they will have to wait until Monday regardless of whether or not there's an important item in their vehicle or God forbid they need their car to get to work. Then, after being forced to wait until Monday being charged an extra $20 because the vehicle was at the location over 2 nights (that you couldn't pickup the vehicle during). Having to withdraw cash at their ATM because they can't use a card for some reason. On top of that if you're trying to figure out WHY the car was towed in the first place their staff will refuse to include it as part of the documentation on your receipt. Proceed to finally seeing your vehicle and finding writing and marks over their windshield or tires and wondering if the vehicle has been mistreated in any way after being kept in a rundown and dirty lot with other damaged vehicles (you can see the reviews with pictures of their damaged vehicles) . One has to wonder what kind of humans can run a business like this that seems to revel and enjoy causing the people paying them this much distress. I truly hope and pray that I'm fortunate enough to never have to interact with this "business" ever again.

Sarah, Jay, and DJ are very great and very helpful. I got to the tow place right at closing time very unprepared and Sarah, Jay, and DJ were still willing to help me get my car out even though it was closing time. Not many places are willing to work with you and be so helpful but these three workers were great, very helpful and very professional. I would rate this place and the customer service here five stars. Thank you Sarah, Jay, and DJ ?

I recently had the pleasure of using the services of a towing company in Phoenix, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I called, I was greeted by Claudia, who was incredibly understanding and helpful. She quickly assessed my situation and assured me that help was on the way.

Miguel, the driver, arrived promptly and was exceptionally professional. He handled my vehicle with great care and took the time to explain everything he was doing, which really put me at ease. His expertise and calm demeanor made a stressful situation much more manageable.

What truly set this experience apart was the follow-up from Sofia, who checked in to ensure everything went smoothly and that I was satisfied with the service. It's rare to find a company that not only provides excellent service but also genuinely cares about their customers' well-being.

This towing company in Phoenix went above and beyond my expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of towing services. A big thank you to Claudia, Miguel, and Sofia for their outstanding customer service!

I had an extremely bad experience with this company. They towed my car from the parking lot of the complex (Onnix) while I was out of the country. I went to their office to explain to them that the car was registered with the complex and that it was not abandoned, all they said was "you received the note and you didn't respond."  Of course, I couldn't respond if I was not in the state. I talked with one of them in their office, apparently her name was Natasha , she was extremely disrespectful while we were talking, in particular, at some point she said: "It is a miracle that you speak English", I feel that that was really offensive, me being a foreigner and at that time just trying to get my car back. That is not all, After I decided to just pay and leave, they told me that my car wasn't really there and that I had to go to Guadalupe to pick it up. Once there, they told me that they only accept cash, and if I don't have it, I can come back another day. Then the guy there asked my phone number for the receipt, I asked him if he could instead send me to my email, after which he replied, "Come another day." They also damaged my car; attached is the picture that I took before leaving. Disrespectful and unprofessional people, I think this cannot be called a company.

I’d stick away, personal experience. Let me start by saying the only thing keeping this from being a one star place is the lady at the front Sophie. In all my experience with tow yards she probably had the most professional and understanding demeanor.

Now for the rest if you want things missing, damaged, or mishandled to be met with attitudes, not caring and overall “intimidation” then I guess you picked the right place. Firstly you have to make an appointment to get your property, understandable I guess if you have no other obligations and don’t need your vehicle within 24 hours, but then you arrive, and hopefully it’s not 5-8 minutes late because apparently everyone goes to get burgers and have you waiting another 30 minutes. Definitely worse than all city towing, and the lot is to no surprise just another junk lot in a bad neighborhood. Don’t expect them to care about your vehicle, that’s not their priority.

Oh also…no Apple Pay, they want your money but they don’t want to modernize.

My car was towed for “reversed parking”. And that is my parking spot in between those two cars who are also currently reversed parked. Single dad and baby’s car seat is in the car. Monday morning trying to get to work. Cool thanks yall.
