Tony was so helpful at the last minute. He fixed issues with my Jeep, he only charged me for necessary expenses, and did not add any 'extras' that so many other mechanics do. Super kind! I would definitely go back!

My car was overheating & I found out my radiator was broken. Got it fixed & when I came to pick up my car - it was blowing hot air from the AC. The AC was working fine when I dropped my car off earlier in the day. They told me that my AC was now suddenly broken. Luckily I had my boyfriend with me who helped me break down how suddenly my AC was broke when we came back 5 hours later. Out of nowhere, the worker realizes he forgot to connect wires & turn on a switch when they worked on the radiator. They were extremely apologetic but it seemed really sketchy. My AC was fixed in a matter of 3 minutes…I just find it quite strange that they were going to have me leave & said just bring my car back during the summer months to get the AC looked at. But nothing was ever wrong with it to begin with…I would just be careful here. I don’t plan on being back after that mishap.

This is the best place to take your car!
Tony gave me a great deal and saved me money that I desperately needed for an out of state move in the near future. They replaced my front suspension lower control arms. I went to Pepboys out of habit before calling them, even though I know they always end up charging quite a bit, I just never know where to go, I do now! I’m so thankful to have found R & R Auto Repair! Everyone at the shop was so friendly and welcoming. It made me feel good to be there and I was happy that it took less time because they wanted to make sure I got out as quickly as possible. They made me a delicious tea because I was going to walk down the street. They also recommended for me to have my headlight checked because it was slightly sunken from a previous accident. Such a great experience and I would highly recommend them. It was so good for me that I’m sure everyone will leave there very happy and thankful. Thanks R & R you’ve truly made my week!

Seriously, you can't do better than Tigran at R&R. We've been going to him for years and he has always done right by us. The work gets done when he says it will, we have never had an issue with the quality, ever, and his prices are really good. The guy knows what he's doing, is friendly, and has proven over years to be trustworthy. We highly recommend R&R Automotive.

Friendly, knowledgable and affordable service. I was in a bind last week when I found out my radiator was leaking before I had to drive down to Long Beach for work. They mentioned that my car was not fit to drive that distance or it could get worse. He knew the time pressure I was in and, though he said he couldn't make any promises, he worked fast and efficiently to replace the radiator and get the job done. In addition, he also made sure that the fan kicked on in the radiator and the car was safe to drive before I left. He gave me an affordable rate and I still made it to work on time! I am very happy with R & R's service and will be back here for any future repairs!
