We were VERY DISAPPOINTED in our visit here!!! Don't get me wrong, I've always loved the food we have purchased from the deli buy this last trip was not up to par. I wish I would have looked inside our food containers we purchased before we had gotten back on the interstate. We purchased the deal with 2 thighs and a leg along with sides. Well the chicken was hard as a rock and so little all I could do was laugh!!! I can say is I don't know if I will be a customer here again or not.

**And I did call the store and told them about my purchase and they said there was nothing they could do about it!!! ?

The worst place I have ever eaten. I ordered some chicken livers and they tasted like chemicals. I informed the cashier about the issue and asked for a replacement. He said he wasn't in charge and couldn't replace it or give me a refund. He insisted the food was fresh, made just yesterday. He told me I could talk to his manager, David, at 2 PM but refused to give me his own name when I asked for it.

There was a long line, and I didn't want to cause a scene. All I wanted was a different batch of chicken livers. This issue should have been resolved easily, but the person I spoke to didn't solve the problem at all, which is why I'm sharing my experience here.

If he is responsible enough to open the store, he should be responsible for handling issues like mine. He didn't acknowledge the problem, apologize, or take accountability. He told me there was nothing wrong with the food, even though I clearly stated there was. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I go to R&R Market all the time and spend a lot of money there. I've never had an issue before, so I thought this would be easily resolved, but it wasn't. Telling me to come back and speak to the manager is unacceptable. If I didn't live in Radford and was just visiting, this would be a terrible way to treat a customer.

Growing up this place had fantastic food. Just checked in again today & it's inedible. Sad. Over cooked, dry, seems like the fry oil was dirty. Definitely won't ever be back. What a shame.

This place has plenty of groceries and smoke accessories. They have a deli that makes chicken and breakfast sandwiches that are pretty decent but used to taste better. The smell in this place is terrible though and they don’t sell gas.

Best food in town. The potato salad is sooo good! The chicken ?. Perfect for picnic, Sunday dinner or anytime. ? I love R&R Market. They have a good variety of smoking gadgets too. ?

February 2024 - WENT FROM THE BEST HOTDOGS IN TOWN TO THE WORST HOTDOGS IN TOWN - Buns were sub buns ?- the weenies were 2 to 3 days old “gross” - they changed the cooks a few months ago & they need to be retrained !! Absolutely Disgusting Awful!! 6 Hotdogs just Chili ?
