This is the daily needs shop that we visit the most. The staff is polite and helpful and there is a limit on the aisle space though enough for two trolleys to pass comfortably. They normally have everything that I need on a visit but a few items such as razors are among those sold on priority so I have to purchase something else or skip.

Good for pashan locality. But it is very small and only some selected items are available.
Because of the small scale, proper management is not available here.
If you want to buy vegetables, only visit on sunday for the rest of the days, you would get rotten vegetables and fruits.
There are 4 counters available for payment, but they run only one counter, so every time, you will have to wait for a longer period of time.

The quality of the vegetables and fruits is not good. Better buy these from outside vendors

Worst experience ever
I visited other branches of reliance smart but this was very messy and no proper arrangements.
Unclean area, no hygiene.
Not that much discount on prices.

Worst experience, only one billing counter always open, and no card payment. After long queue also. They never open other billing counter. I didn't see store manager, resolve the issue.

Nothing good about this store... products are kept anyhow. Most of the products don't have price tags.. staff are not attentive. They don't give any or very less discount on items...
