The crate was destroyed not made for an engine the driver said he couldn't bring it to my garage on my property but I found a review where the driver put in the the guy's garage so much for good customer service. So this drive gets a 0 for customer service (recently had a large safe that I purchased from
Costco delivered by R+L Carriers. I was a little
nervous, hoping that the safe would be delivered
undamaged, since returning it to the warehouse
would be hard for me. The safe was delivered
yesterday and the driver was named Troy. His
obligation was to deliver the safe at my driveway
but he took the extra time to bring it into my
garage and allow me to inspect it for damage
Though the box was a bit torn, the safe was in
perfect condition. I am so thankful that Troy took
the extra step and provided the time for me to
check the safe out. Kudos to Troy and R+L
Carriers.

I would give them zero stars if I could, but they make me pick at least one star. This is my second review in 2 years. I am a small business owner trying to survive during these hard times. I buy all my material from a supplier that controls the shipping. I keep requesting that they not use R & L, but they keep making mistakes. I am trying to locate my shipment after getting a text message from them telling me to schedule a delivery. So, I called and scheduled a delivery for Wednesday, August 9, 2023. They didn’t show up so I called at the end of the day asking why it wasn’t delivered that day, they then told me it is scheduled for Thursday the 10th. I called Thursday after waiting so long because I had a feeling it wasn’t going to show up on Thursday. Now, they tell me my shipment won’t be here until Monday. I have a feeling they lost my order like they have done once in the past. My job got delayed by 3 days. Now I have to deal with a bunch of unhappy customers because I have to push their job by 3 days after tearing out there old kitchen cabinets and leaving them without a kitchen for 3 days plus the weekend. I would advise anyone who cares and their business and their customers not to use this company.

Do not use this company for anything. They hit a pole in a parking area and then took off and left. They noticed it and they left anyways. Very irresponsible drivers do not use!!!!

I recently had a large safe that I purchased from Costco delivered by R+L Carriers. I was a little nervous, hoping that the safe would be delivered undamaged, since returning it to the warehouse would be hard for me. The safe was delivered yesterday and the driver was named Troy. His obligation was to deliver the safe at my driveway but he took the extra time to bring it into my garage and allow me to inspect it for damage. R+L Carriers saved the day. I never had to deal with a truck purchase on Amazon before, this company helped me with each step. Every person I spoke to and there were many, was courteous and helpful. They quickly got my heavy package shipped!

Worst customer service ever. Had a safe being delivered through R&L. They called and scheduled it before 2pm. I called them to confirm it on day of delivery because I could not be there after 3:00pm. At 3:00pm no one had shown up. I had to leave.

Then R&L charged $370 to "redeliver" it with a guaranteed delivery by 2:00pm. Guess what. 3:00PM and still no safe. Do not use this company.

I have missed work two days in a row. On Monday, May 2 they scheduled my delivery between 12 and 5 pm but did not arrive. I spoke to the scheduler who told me they would deliver on May 3 between 12-4pm, once again a no show. The least they could do is let me know so I don’t miss work only for them not to show up as scheduled. Terrible customer service.

This a follow up on my review. The manager and support team contacted me and made sure I received my delivery the following day. I appreciate their prompt resolution of my issue.
