The whole crew was great! Last saturday! B/Baby was Crazy knowledgeable and super helpful, and so was the staff who was wearing a tie with cool eyelets on it. They were really helpful with my ADHD self trying to make a decision on WHEELS, and said the ones that were my favorite were actually really good for what I needed, before I totally said it was my favorite. Haha. They also popped the wheels on and a new cushion and adjusted everything.

It was really great to have a welcoming atmosphere and everyone pitched in and also might reference their coworkers on their input/exp just to make sure the customer had the best possible outcome.

I had to drive down from Acworth and also hit normal Atlanta traffic so 50 minutes turned into an hour and a half. But it was worth it.

Just know street parking isn't always available, and the lot nearby is not parking. HOWEVER, there is a paid parking within a block that was very convenient, Just in case there's no street parking anywhere nearby.

I'm super stoked about these skates! I wish I would have just come in instead of trying to find stuff online. The sizes of skates can all run small or big and honestly just being able to feel them on and compare, I got a really awesome fit that has blasted away any indecision. Being able to pick whatever wheels that I use so I'm not wasting money on a "complete ".

There are also instructors and groups that you can find on their info board. Lots of skate parks in ATL. Unfortunately not many up in Acworth Woodstock.

Thank you to everyone, but especially Baby, and the tech who assembled my skates! (But espeeeecially with putting up with me and being so kind about the wheels indecision) and conversation was super easy and nice and i appreciated it. (I'm sorry I'm terrible with remembering names, but the tech knows who they are lol. 😀 ) But also the girl who closed up and also helped me with final things on adjustments with toe stops, and some skate maintenance. And also listening to my story about hills lol. XD

Don't faff about with online skates.

For WIDE feet i guess you might be ok with moxi panthers but honestly these Jackson Mystiques are dope! They fit so much much better, no pressure points or issues with the tongue being hard, No issues with the bearings, and I now have a skate tool that actually FITS. The one that came with the was only a crab tool shaped object. The little wrench did not fit the kingpin at all. You would think for a brand that is so well-known, they would check to make sure the tool they included actually WORKED.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Absolutely best experience getting my first pair of quad skates! I’ve been an inline skater my whole life and wanted to try quads. Went in for a fitting and left with exactly what I was looking for and then some. Staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you so much, I’ll be back!

Staff is very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful and kind. The selection of skates and helmets are both great but for inline skates it’s all Rollerblade brand. I would definitely recommend this store to skaters of all experience levels

I LOVE this place! The customer service is always superb, even if they’re super busy. All of the staff is super knowledgeable about everything involving roller skates and patient when you’re trying on various skates so you know what works for you. The stickers they have are really cool too. This is one of my favorite places ever and I hope they stay in business for years to come.

They went out of their way to make sure I was reimbursed through affirm for the $4 overpayment, then when I got confused by the email received from affirm saying the rest was for stocking fees (see photo) I freaked. Teshia emailed me back and reassured me my wheels were on their way and that they refunded me the overpayment on shipping fees. Truly amazing customer service and integrity!

I ordered a pair of inline skate boots + liners from Roll ATL recently. It's amazing to find new boots without having to pay for an entire setup! There were a few telltale scuffs which told me the boots had been tried on before, but who cares.
Buy parts from them, you won't regret it.

Was nervous about my appointment but the two sales associates that helped me were so kind and patient. No gate keeping of information, gave great recommendations, and they let me take my time with customization of my skates while still being aware of my budget.

Definitely will come back for any skating needs .

For parking I also recommend parking at any of the two paid parking lots down the street from them. It’s only a 3 minute walk to the store.
