I love going to S&R to get my hair done. Everyone there is friendly and the styalists do great jobs. Rosalind, the owner, does my hair and I love her and her work. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I drive from Leander because no one maintains my hair better.

I used to get my hair done at S & R's by Paulette. She was the only beautician I found in Austin that could do decent finger waves. Sadly, Paulette no longer works there and I have lost touch with her. I hope she reads this review and let's me know where she is working!

S&R gives you the such professional service. Roz and Shauna are both very nice, they respect your time and appreciate your business. This is the only shop that I have came to that when I say thank you at the end of the service, she says, No...thank you. Now that's priceless.

Love this place. I have been going here since I moved to Austin back in 1999. Family friendly, Drama Free.....everyone knows you. They say, Good morning when you walk thru the door. They treat you like family.

The young lady ("Brittany or "Bre") who did my hair did NOT do a good job. At first it looked nice but then pieces started falling out 1x1 then 2×2 at a time!! She rushed and said she was doing what I asked her to do but WASN'T! NOT COOL AT ALL!!! ?
