Very nice small shop, I didn’t even know there was a Salt Life store in Orlando. Very friendly workers, grade A+ to a worker named Kevin for handling my items and assisting me on clothes for me and my nephews beach/fishing trip.

My husband bought me a women's t-shirt from this salt life store on October 13th 2019. I recieved it as a Christmas gift from him on December 25th 2019. Unfortunately the shirt was too small. I took it back to the store on January 7th 2020 to return it. The shirt was never worn and still had the tags on it. I also had the original sales receipt. The manager informed me that the store policy is only 30 days for returns. I explained that it was a Christmas gift and I had only just recieved it and that it didn't fit. The manager told me that an extended time for returns for Christmas purchases started in the month of November, that because my item was purchased in October that the holiday return policy didn't apply. I asked if I could at least exchange it for a different item that I could wear. The manager again told that the return policy was 30 days from the day of purchase and that I could not exchange it for a different item. I am stuck with a shirt I cannot wear. Due to this frustrating experience, and the lack of care that was shown by the store manager regarding this issue, my husband and I will never shop at this salt life store again!
