Bought a pair of shoes for work. Shoes looked like they had been worn, but was told by the employee that they were made like that to have an easier time to be broken in. Wore them around the house and slowly developed the sensation of pins and needles in my hands. Realized it was the shoes and soon as I took them off the sensation left my hands and went into my feet. Had a hard time walking for two days. Once I was well went back to return them and they stated I would not be able to since they were worn out even though I had stated that was the condition I had bought them in.

This place is well over priced but you do get what you pay for. I may go back. Service was great and the employees there were very helpful. Didn’t have my size but they did order and came in fast!

Took my son there to get a pair of shoes for work. They showed him several styles measured his feet and tried a few different sizes till he got the ones that fit best. They have great shoes. A little expensive but well worth the price. They ladies there were awesome.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this store. The staff members are unfriendly, and rude.

Overall, my visit to this shoe store was a total waste of time and money. I would highly recommend avoiding it and finding a more professional and customer-focused establishment.

My husband took me to this store to buy some comfortable shoes since I have developed major issues with my right foot. This store knows FEET! After changing up the insoles I walked out with the most comfortable walking shoes I've worn in a very long time. I was so impressed with the comfort I bought another pair. Staff was excellent. Wish I would have gone there sooner :).

The manager (Sandy) at this store does not have a friendly customer service attitude. She comes off as rude and makes customers (and staff) afraid to say the wrong thing. The best way to manage her is not to disagree with anything she says despite your own opinions about the way a shoe fits on YOUR foot! This is not quite the shopping experience I look for when I spend over $150 on a pair of shoes. I love the quality of the shoes sold at SAS but the customer service at this location is seriously lacking. The great thing about the internet is that customers can now bypass this retail store (and poor customer service) and shop online!

Unsatisfactory ? drove over an hour to pick up an order to come to find out they ordered the wrong pair of shoes. They should have checked they before calling to have them picked up. Especially with gas prices right now. Unfortunately shoes were not for me they were for for my mom-n-law so I couldn't even get her money back sense I didn't have her credit card. Someone wasn't doing their job correctly. I will never go back their again!

I'm glad I found some comfortable shoes, but I was somewhat annoyed that the store dropped the ball and did not call me as soon as they came in. Finally got my shoes almost one month later. Top it all off, the employee had a terrible attitude about the whole deal and cut me off because she had "other customers".
