Experience has been great here, full disclosure, i did have issues with the washer i bought at first, but Matt was a huge help and just replaced it for me the next day. a few months down the road, the fridge that I bought with them started having some issues, condensation in the freezer and leaking water from this condensation. Called Matt, he walked me through the standard troubleshooting. within 5 minutes it was fixed. Great guy and was a huge help, if you go in ask for Matt, he will help you out.

5 stars for Hector!! I had such a great experience working with him to find exactly what I needed. He was just full of knowledgeable about the appliances and had many useful tips for installation and delivery as well. He was not pushy at all, very kind and helpful. The prices here are great compared to other local scratch n dent places. Highly recommend!! We will be back soon for our additional appliance needs.

Matthew was so great! I highly recommend his services to anyone.
