This is the most toxic, predatory online/tv retailer. Peddling cheap products and trying to pass them off as quality and a great deal to elderly people using charismatic sales personalities should be a crime. It makes me sick to see the amount of money my mother has spent with this company to receive trash.

Stole my money hacked two accounts for 3 grams of gold sold triple over what it was worth. Sent item back. Was told it wasn't the item I bought. Then my bank account froze. An shop lc is still trying to collect money after stealing it basically through cyber. Now I'm at a loss of 1000k my bank account closed and they are still harrasing me everyday with a late payment fee. I can't believe you people do not police your own an then Rob the people. I hope this swamp is drained.

Bought a very expensive ring, one of the prongs broke within the 1st week. Ended up fixing all of the prongs, was told to call in and let them know how much its cost for a future credit. Before I had a chance to call back, I received a call extremely late in the evening, and the representative was rude, and didn't seem to listen to anything I said. Im giving 2 stars because we actually like the ring, but were displeased with the overall customer service.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother Helen. I too had a bad experience with shop Lc but the order was under my mother's name. We had ordered two labradorite necklaces (one for each of us). We never received them nor received an email. We had to call them to find out they didn't have enough necklaces for everyone who purchased them. This should never happen. Experience number two: my mother had ordered fragrant oils and when they arrived the labels were worn off and you could not tell which fragrance was which. Experience number three: my mother ordered three cross necklaces one in silver and two gold overlays. The silver one which was supposed to have been sterling was losing its finish. You could literally scrape the paint off of it. We will no.longer shop with shop LC. We are using a local TV jewelry channel.

For months now, Shop LC has been charging my mother’s card for my Budget pay purchases. She and I never gave authorization for this and she has a separate account. They literally took her card because we have same last name. They have also said that they have the right to charge any card they want without permission. Here is email from 07/29/2023:

I hope this email finds you well. I would like to clarify the situation: Initially, your Budget Pay installments were charged to your registered card ending with XXXX. In between the Installment payments, the credit card was changed. I would like to inform you that we do have the authorization to change the credit card without the customer's approval. Either this can be done from the customer's website account or with the customer's approval to change the credit card for a particular Budget Pay installment.

They are admitting to stealing money from an unrelated account. Don’t trust them!

Get the more expensive items over $30.00. The deals and quality are better. It is especially good for rare gemstones and the prices are great. Shipping is very slow. They should look into better way to ship their product. I only get the jewelry. I am not interested in their other categories. The television show can be a little fake, but addictive.

They do have decent prices on gold, I’ll give them that. But I have bought two champagne Diamond rings in gold over. And both have tarnished. One is so bad it literally turned black and it turned my finger green!
I have also bought few moissanite from shopLC,I returned them. They just looked cheap..

I do have other moissanite from Charles Winston and even though it’s at a higher price. The quality has been well worth the price.
Sorry shopLC, I know you have alot of great products.. But with a little research most of your products are available for far less in other sites..
Below are my two champagne Diamond rings I bought from shopLC . A total of over $700.00 and I can’t even wear them anymore..
