RUSH shipping is 24-48 hours in any other service industry. 2-6 days is Regular shipping. Kindly refrain from charging or falsely advertising RUSH shipping if you cannot offer this service.
Customers are NOT IMPORTANT to this company. I placed an order on Thursday August 1 2024 at 10:52 am. All items were listed as being in stock. I paid $29.95 EXTRA for RUSH SHIPPING. That means it should have been received by Friday Aug 2nd. It is Monday Aug 5th and according to their own tracking system the order is being processed but has not yet been even packed. I called the toll free number and the agent was very polite and apologetic promising to get a manager to call me back regards the LATE shipping. A few hours later and no phone call. Yes, it is a holiday for some people but then the management should be checking the shipping of the packages and when it was not delivered on Friday they should have made inquiries to ensure the package would have arrived on Saturday Aug 3rd at the absolute latest. Apparently RUSH SHIPPING and CUSTOMER SERVICE mean nothing to the current management!!!!! An electric scooter could have made the trip from your warehouse to my mom's nursing home in less time than this RUSH online order has taken so far.

Ordered a pair of shoes on 14 August. They sent me a tracking button that day through email. Two weeks later they sent me another email saying we haven’t forgotten about you. I selected the tracking button today, August.30. And it’s says that the item is not been shipped yet. When I spoke to somebody from the company through their chat option, they said that it is going to come on September 10. And then disconnected from me without explanation as to why it takes a month to ship the shoes.
Terrible service.

Edit: Six months (I posted the original review more than six months ago) after I posted this review and had to deal with Silverts, someone comments and tells me to contact customer service for assistance. Really? Six months later. I am sure if I was to contact customer service, I would be told that too much time had passed. My original review stands and I would make it zero if I could based on the response.

I do not recommend Silverts at all. I purchased a pair of slacks for my mother and when they arrived, after a very long time, they were damaged and very poorly made. I called customer service to return them and explained they were damaged. I was told I would have to pay for the return. Why should I pay for the return of damaged material? The agent I spoke to said Silverts would pay for the return postage "just this one time." I was charged for the return postage anyway. If I had been returning the item because I did not want them, then I do not mind paying for return postage, but Silverts should take responsibility for sending out damaged items.

It’s been 11 days since I ordered and paid for my order and they still haven’t picked the items from the warehouse! When I called yesterday they offered no explanation. These guys operate at a snails pace!!!

Beware sizing is very wrong, I am a seamstress and measured my Mom prior to ordering and followed the sizing chart. The first order arrived 3 weeks later, and the clothes were extremely too big. At the suggestion of the clerk who took my order, I requested one size down, another 3 weeks and still way too big. Had to return it again. I am out 20 dollars due to shipping cost and still no clothes. I will not deal with this company again and hope I save someone the aggravation I went Through by writing this review.

Excellent customer service for a small issue right before Christmas. They solved it quickly and easily. The product quality is excellent, nice handle. I wish my clothes were made as nicely. I will buy more. Special thank you to Rens and team.
