Very nice experience. I had a broken spectacles and I took it to the shop to repair, the person repaired it at the same moment and didn't even charge me for his effort. I am sure, if I would have gone elsewhere, I would have to shell out few bucks.

Exceptional patience, down to earth, best out-of-the-box services by the team and talk the perfect informational areas with customer to enable them to buy the correct lenses - very nice attitude and with these standards of services - fits the saying - "Atithi devo bhava" - keep up your great work as already like me, you will get N number of repeated customers!!! Also, cannot forget your actions to replace my frame though was out of warranty!!!
