Rock-It Creations

So, I will share the story of my experience at Point S T&R Tire, in Council.  I took my new Ram diesel for its very first oil change.  When I went to pick up my truck, I noticed oil dripping down from a bunch of places under the front end.  Then I notice a trail of oil leading all the way back to Dain's (owner) work bay.  I went to the front desk and asked the young lady (Dain's wife) to come and take a look at my truck, which she did.  Then she had Dain come out.  Dain said something to the effect of "Oh, I know what happened."  Really?  So, what he did was to install the new filter over the old filter's seal.  Not good!  Then Dain blew out all of the new oil (at apx. 45psi) on the short drive to park it for pick up.  BLEW out 2.5 gallons of oil all over my engine bay, everything below, and a little on my windshield.  So, Dain comes out and removes the messed-up 2-seal oil filter, removes the previous filter seal, replaces the new oil filter, and adds a couple of gallons of oil.  Thankfully, he had a greasy rag to go with his greasy paws to leave me smears and paw prints on my paint to better remember the experience.  After Dain replaced the new filter and added oil, I pulled my truck down to his shop where he added more oil and checked the level.  Then Dain tells me to pull around the side of his shop so he can pressure wash the oil blown all over my truck.  His pressure washer squirted out a pathetic little stream of water.  Essentially useless.  I did ask Dain if he knew how serious it would have been had I not noticed the dipping oil and the gnarly path of oil from his work bay to my truck.  He said he did.  I guess that's a good thing.  Before I departed with my truck dripping oil from all over, Dain did say "Sorry about that" a couple of times.  Thanks Dain!  If I could travel back in time, I would rather have just given Dain $200 to NOT touch my truck.  Arrrg!

They saved our behinds 20 minutes before they closed when we blew a trailer tire on our way through town. Super friendly, did not make us feel rushed or like we were a bother to them so close to closing. Thank you!

Took my bike in and they scared up my rim pretty bad. They also put the front tire on wrong causing the tube to pop. Their customer service is horrible and needs some work. I will not be back nor will anyone I send there until they fix things. There is no way a thorn put a hole in my tire when all I did was off load the bike and park it and pavement all around me. I was not going to go this far but the second time I came it to pick up said bike I went to load it upon loading it the bike started to roll backwards on me and fell down on top of me. All I heard inside of your so called place of business was laughing not just under the breath laughing but full fledged rolling on the ground laughing. A true place of business with great customer service would have ran out there and helped me get the bike off of me not sit behind the door and laugh. This place of business is not very big and you have open doors to your office and cameras if you said you reviewed your cameras you can clearly see and hear them laugh, I did and I was outside thinking to my self this place is a joke to see someone struggling and maybe hurt and all they can do is sit behind closed doors and make fun of people. I hope you seriously review Tim because he was the one that was laughing he should be fired in my opinion. Customer service is the key to a successful business and you guys need to work on that.

Absolutely wonderful people, excellent service, reasonable prices, great availability to handle anything you need - this is the only shop I will go to.

Their daughter works in the shop on her spare time and I just love that. I was raised in my dad's shop and I love seeing young ladies be empowered.
