GHETTO GHETTO GHETTO AF!!!! I bought scrubs this place because my usual spot was closed. The Scrubs come in a pair or set stapled together. I purchased a large. When I got home, I noticed that the set did not match. My fault for probably not paying attention, but I would not assume that a stapled together pair wouldn't match. Fast forward I go to the store to tell them that the set does not match. The lady wouldn't return it because I did not have the receipt. I showed her the transaction on my cell phone from my bank. She still would not accept. So I just let her keep it because there was nothing I can do with Mitch match set that I could not fit. Never purchase anything from this place because their returned policy SUCKS

I w love to purchase at this store , they have most of the things l needed but customer service with the cashier was not good. My bill was $60.12 . I said let me check to see if l have the 12 cents . At that moment l couldn't find any so l give $70.00. When check in my pocket l found 25 cents. The cashier already opened the register, l said there is the 25 cents so you could hive me back $10.00 instead of $9.88 . She said that she cannot do that .I said take the 25 cent no chance back. She needs to have better customer service with people . I was so mad l leave all the coins with her.The manager said oh we dont do that. She started to argue and l walked away

The store and the merchandise itself is perfect, but the customer service is horrendous!!! from the cashiers to the managers. I’ve spent a lot of money in the store over the years Being that I live in the neighborhood, but the Disrespect I have encountered leaves me to believe that these workers need a training course in customer service. The only gracious people in the whole establishment are the security guards at the door, always having to send customers back because the cashiers leave an alarms on the clothes all the time. I really liked shopping at the store but I stopped going here a long time ago. If I’m desperate I might pop in for something, but other than that I demand respect where I’m spending my hard earned money. It cost nothing to be courteous to people that are paying your salary. Since I’ve given this review, it seems that a lot has changed and I will change my score to a five. I hope I made an impact on the changes made in one of my favorite stores.

There is this worker named Priya and she has horrendous customer service. Every single time I come to buy something, she shows an awful attitude towards me and is very rude to not only me but multiple customers. Her customer service is horrible and ruins the quality of a great and cheap store like Telco.

This has to be the worst experience ever.... I always buy scrubs here they are 2 for $10 why not. So when I get to the register my total is wrong. Plus I snagged one that was only $3 but came up $2 no arguments there. How can the manager tell me that I took.Fromm the 5.99-6.99 rack and the size I got wasn't 2 for $10 I will be calling corporate. The signs do not say on the 2 for $10 rack that plus size is regular price. I had to argue the lady down like Miss I got them from this rack right here and my lable doesn't have an X on it.....

The store is clean. You have a wide range of products to choose from. Women include Juniors, Missy, Plus size, lingerie, Men, linen and bedding and shoe department upper level. The lower level is where you find luggage , household items, kids clothing and nurse scrubs is downstairs. The price is excellent.
