My 8 months old Goldiedoodle Paddy has just had his first experience of being groomed since I got him two months ago. Lewis was fantastic. Very friendly and open. Discussed some minor issues he'd had towards the end of the session but didn't give up. What a lovely helpful member staff. I'd totally recommend him to anyone with a large breed. Paddy is very handsome with his new look ❤️❤️

The guy grooming my dogs seemed like he did not like working with animals and he looked like he had no idea about dogs in general. I booked the wrong grooming service by accident and because of the fact that I called the Groom Room 3 times before placing a booking online although no-one has bothered to pick up. After asking if possible to amend the booking on the spot I was told no with 0 flexibility and after the bath and blow dry was finished, the dog hair were FLYING all around my car and flat because how unwell he did it. Honestly, biggest waste of money ever and with this attitude I recommend changing jobs.

Just back from the Groom Room and Can highly recommend The groomer Lewis. He bathed and brushed my Golden Retriever. He had a super way with my dog and was helpful and kind. I was an Animal Care Lecturer at Barony College before I retired and was VERY impressed with Lewis and the efficient service provided. Well done Pets at Home and Lewis!

Friendly staff. But after grooming my Cooker Spaniel looks like a small Labrador puppy. And lots of mistakes for cutting all of the bodies. I'm very unhappy.

Took my pup here never again. Long bits, short bits, finish is atrocious! Definitely been rushed. Very expensive and under average cut. My pup has also been unhappy since. Wont be back.
