Definitely the most dysfunctional north face store I have visited. Nothing really bad happened but it seemed the employees were really untrained on customer support. They were all young college kids my age and just trying to make money to afford to live in Boulder, but 5 minutes into my checkout process I wanted to just walk out and not spend money there.

I put my stuff on the desk to pay and the woman at the desk did not acknowledge me at all for 2-3 minutes as she was looking down at the Ipad register thing.

She was helping somebody else but the least she could have done is acknowledge me, I felt almost as it she didn't even see me. She was checking if something was in stock or something for another customer standing to the side.. That's whatever, I am generally very patient but what bothered me is there were multiple employees just standing around seeming to do absolutely nothing but watch the clock.

They could have easily assisted the other customer instead they were just standing there. I do not believe it should be the person at the registers responsibility to help check inventory when there is people trying to check out, especially while other employees are just standing around.

She obviously did eventually help me and got me a student discount which was nice, but I spent more time waiting to check out than I did actually shopping, when there was not a line.

Una tienda muy bonita y ordenada.
Esta todo perfecto y mucho producto de calidad.
Es un producto caro pero de bastante calidad, si buscas algo de calidad media es mas probable que encuentres mejores precios en otras tiendas, si buscas calidad alta buena.... esta bastante bien de precio.
En la cera de enfrente tienes otra tienda de artículos de montaña de calidad muy alta, pero también mas cara que esta. Tambien esa tienda es muy TOP

The north face, and in particular the north face Boulder Colorado location have been awesome in there, customer service and warranty situations over the decades. I really appreciate the professional and helpful employees there and will continue to purchase awesome north face products not only because of their excellent quality, butbecause of the amazing lifetime warranty that comes with them.

I came into the store close to closing time on a Saturday evening looking for a rain jacket for an impending trip. I was helped by Daniel, who was by far the most informed, helpful, and congenial sales person I have dealt with in years. He knows his products and was incredibly honest and precise about what could and could not be expected. Also, unlike about 90% of retailers operating in our current climate, the store was well stocked with lots of options sizes and colors. I came in for a rain jacket expecting to spent $300, and left with a rain jacket and pants for $304. It isn't cheap gear but if the product lives up to the level of customer service I received, I may never purchase activity gear elsewhere ever ever again.

I was there Thursday Aug 3rd to replace old shoes that were hurting my feet.
Three Goddess Gorgeous staff warmly welcomed me and seamlessly found me the perfect pair of hiking trail shoes. We navigated sizes and colors and I got a 30% discount. I was apparently so distracted by my PNW native sales associate’s fabulousness so that I forgot my credit card in the reader. I learned this, when after leaving the store, I hear ‘sir..sir..you forgot your card..’ The Mgr and another sales associate then called back my sales person from her sprint down the Pearl street mall to find me. They were as gracious as they were glamorous in that ‘Boulder Beautiful’ way in ensuring not only did my feet get happy but ensured my wallet was happy with savings and my card back in it. Best wishes at CU, you beautiful Buff’s!

I call to make sure an item was in stock. The sales lady insured that the item was there and in stock.! I Drove 20 miles only to discover the item was NEVER in stock! The sales lady lied or was too lazy to check. I never go back to this store.
