Love it so much to see and shop for. Good size location with free parking outside. I will be going back because I found quite a lot of good stuff at good prices and I'm going to need to buy the gorgeous rugs I found in there for my room. Some of the items are arranged and displayed well so it gives one an insight into possibilities which is very helpful. There's also a café inside but I didn't eat there, toilets and Iceland groceries... Win win I'm going back next month!

Lovely to see that the shelves are always fully stocked. Wonderful customer service. On my most recent visit I misplaced my purse but a very helpful staff member named Lewis located it before I'd realised and took it to customer services where they called for me. So grateful for the honesty and help from their staff here. Thank you again

Wow! What a big store with lots of things. Never been to a Range before. Very impressed with the stuff they got in store, from home decorations, ornaments, picture frames to paints, stoves, DIY tools, toys, crafts and the list goes on. Would certainly visit here again. Thanks.

Ate at DeeDees cafe inside the range. Ordered some hot food with my 1 year old son for lunch. Was waiting for half an hour while staff just chatted. Then the staff member who had been chatting continuously came over to say she'd missed our order so would now start it. Were waiting about an hour for the food in the end.

They have a great selection here and so many other things to buy as presents. Well worth a visit.

It's a decent sized store and tidier than other local stores visited. This store has a good variety of products available to purchase for the home. Plenty of car parking spaces.

I have shopped in here since it opened. It's been abysmal and they still need to up their game but I will say it's slowly improving. A lady tutted at me and walked off abruptly saying "I haven't got time, with another customer" when I asked her where the light bulbs are. I still come here though, it's a British company and I like their products but the staff at St Albans seriously need to pull their socks up. Also, they stopped dogs coming in. My dog weighs 5kg and sits under my arm. I don't go near food with her and anyway she's cleaner than most people! That's stopped me going in more too
