I have to admit, I was first a bit skeptical coming here after reading all the bad reviews. I wanted to switch from Verizon and Anthony was so helpful. He was attentive, answered all my questions, and while my data was transferring to the new phone, he was there with me ready for any other questions I had. He didn't jump from customer to customer like other mobile experts. He could've, but chose to give the most excellent customer service. This was the day after Thanksgiving (black friday) too! I also purchase a privacy screen protector, case, and car charger too. Which although sturdy, the car charger does not work well with jeep vents.

I bought a screen protector two days ago, and after the guy put it on the phone, he took half of it off and bent the plastic to try and get to some dust underneath. I thought that seemed a little odd but hoped for the best. It broke that night and between yesterday and today, I have called and gone to the store, but they are always closed, and even though it says to leave a message, it then says that their mailbox is full, so I am unable to reach anyone. I am extremely unimpressed and frustrated because even though it’s not the cost of the phone, I guess I am now out 40+ bucks (I think it’s a franchise and not TMobile owned so I am sol), and still have a cracked phone cover. Glad to know that we have a T-Mobile store in the neighborhood that conveniently sits empty!

What's the point of this location when they can't help customers with customization and don't even have phones to sell. ABSOLUTELY POINTLESS LOCATION AND A WASTE OF TIME. Would leave 0 stars if possible. Close this location and put something USEFUL there. It's like t mobile doesn't care about the customer experience. Worthless.

Update- I have now been fighting for months with T-Mobile to get the promotion the store promised us. Last month they told me how sorry they were and that the promotion would be applied. Well, no it hasn't. Still fighting with them four months later to get what we were promised. Thanks so much to Dante, Karl, Thomas, and Taylor for helping us switch over to T-Mobile. It was a bit of an ordeal to get us switched over from our previous carrier and they helped a lot! We also witnessed the employees interact with a bunch of people, and they were all very patient and helpful. Highly recommend this store and T-Mobile!

Taylor was the most helpful person I have ever worked with at this location. She was very helpful getting us set up with new service. She was super patient with me and incredibly kind. If you need to go to T-Mobile make sure to ask for Taylor, she’s amazing!
